The man was middle aged, thin, & balding both times. The second time, we actually got sick after eating the complimentary breakfast. (Which was kinda gross, anyway.) There are some features that are edible. The fruit, pastry, cereal, etc. The rooms were clean. On both visits, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off, the entire hotel was evacuated, & no compensation was offered or given. The website had said that this facility allowed smoking. This is for the hotel property. Not the facility. In other words, you gotta go outside to smoke. However, this rules isn't enforced.

The day of, your kids watch a safety video, they put their shoes up in a bin, and then the kids take off running into the first room. The room has three different types of inflatables in it, and you stay in there for a decent bit of time (I don't remember the exact amount). After that time is up, you go to the next room which has another three set of inflatables. This helps keep the kids entertained and not just bored from those first three. After another set of time, you go to the party room and can have pizza and desserts and open presents. The staff were friendly and made sure everyone was following the rules and were safe. The kids all had fun, and I know my daughter would love to come back!
