First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! It hurt around my elbow and forearm so much that I had to use both arms to get the milk back in the refrigerator.
