UPDATE: Seven months later and I still enjoy the classes!…read moreThis is my favourite studio. Everyone- and I mean everyone is so kind and supportive. The studio is always clean and comfortable. End of update. I cannot say enough good things about Orange Theory and this location specifically. I started my journey with OTF about a year and a half ago and it has been a fun one! From the different challenges and benchmarks to just all around relationships you make while at the gym... this is why I feel comfortable giving it five stars. Those reasons as well as I have traveled to other locations around the US and the coaches and front desk attendants are the friendliest and are super helpful. I certainly have my favorite coaches, but I cannot choose just one. All are amazing! The current roster there is: Rachel - Head Coach Maggie Brandy Shelby Lauren Theresa All of them are top notch and you will not be disappointed. I am a bit of an obsessor for corrections and all of them give constructive help every class! I also enjoy the extra activities they put on for the members. So fun! Your first class is free. I recommend giving it at least one try. You will have a great time and sweat. Win/win!

I wanted to gain muscle and get strong--I started working with Manny and within a few months, he helped me accomplish something I had never been able to do before -- gain several pounds of muscle while simultaneously losing body fat and not running long distance. What sets Manny apart is that he doesn't just throw workouts at you. He pays attention to form, progression, recovery, nutrition, and consistency. He knows how to push you without burning you out, and he adjusts everything to fit your goals and your body. If you're serious about changing your body and want someone knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your success, I can't recommend Manny enough--pro tip: make sure to count your own reps though, or he will add more

I finally decided I had had enough and joined Crunch Fitness, and asked for a Professional Trainer. I would also add he is exceedingly friendly and conscious of what I can handle during a workout.

I work in the Fitness space and recently moved to Tulsa. I…read morelike checking out different gyms and studios and have a good base to compare from. Why four stars and not 5 ? Because Tulsa has a log of gym options and Genesis promotes itself as a Luxury gyms. This might of been true when it first opened but is no longer so. Is not that they lack amenities but the gym is starting to look a bit run down for a luxury gym and they try to do too many things and some of them are not well done. Lots of equipment that is starting to show wear and Luxury gyms usually replace the equipment if they can't fix it up to a high standard. More is not better a prime example of that is their Functional fitness room, it's disorganized, dirty lots of equipment there that just doesn't make sense or fit their market share Accessories, totes and stuff thrown all over the gym makes it look disorganize and is unnecessary. Now the good: Genesis is quiet space, members are polite and everyone stays to themselves. They offer a packed class schedule and Personal training have a decent selection of Free weights, Machines and Cardio equipment. Their market is for the Master bodybuilder, seniors, parents that need childcare that want to keep to themselves and just want to get their work in. Well appointed Locker rooms with showers are well kept. Shot out to the new guy at the front desk is polite, eager to learn and grow and is hard to find employees now in days. My hat of to the guy who cleans in the morning, he's always hard work moving fast and running all over the gym getting the job done. Everyone I interacted with was polite and nice.

The facility is poorly maintained, with dirty broken equipment, and unsanitary locker rooms. The staff overall is helpful, other than one front desk guy who lacks any customer service skills. There are never any towels available for the workout areas or the locker rooms. The steam room is rarely cleaned, has debris on the floor, and either doesn't work or scalds your skin. Additionally, this is the second year in a row where the AC doesn't work, making it extremely uncomfortable to workout. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained workout environment. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I love going to the classes and highly recommend Pilates!! It is a great workout and fun at the same time. The place is beautiful and spotless!!! 10 stars for sure!! This is now in August of 2026 I just ended my membership after 3 years. What changed: 1. The amazing instructors were either let go or left due to management making ridiculous decisions based on inaccurate gossip. It is interesting that the instructors let go were the most popular and their classes filled up first. 2. When asked why they weren't there I was told "trust me it was for good reasons". Nice way to back stab your former co-workers. 3. I used to love walking into any of the studios and feeling like I belonged. Now I no longer feel like I did when I started. I would come to class and no one talked to each other except the "regular club" who were the chosen". It reminded me of the lunch room scene in Mean Girls. 4. New instructors were teaching classes after not even finishing all of their training with absolutely no one there to watch and guide them. It wasn't safe and certainly not enjoyable. Instructors are being rushed through training to make up for those that have left. 5. Ridiculous new rules as to exactly what the temperature could be set at. 6. New rules whether enforced or not that we could no long keep closed water bottles at the reformer to be used during class. How disruptive it would be if everyone kept getting up to get a drink of water. 7. We were told that we were no longer allowed to adjust the springs, yet asked to please make sure there were two red and a blue when we left class. 8. Impossible to schedule a class if you were signed up for only 4 classes a month. 9. The owner Curt Clark is making ridiculous decisions while I am sure he has never once been on a reformer. 10. After being a member with an unlimited membership for three years I needed to switch to only 4 times a month. I needed to pick a new home studio and I was required to have another 3 month commitment which makes no sense to me. All three clubs are owned by the same person and I am not a new member. Just a way to lock someone in with payment. 11. The last thing which really hurt is when one of the members nearly passed out at the Broken Arrow studio about a year ago. They were literally laying on the floor unable to get up. I have been a cardiac nurse for over 43 years. I immediately jumped in to assess her and see what was happening. I tried to keep her safe and as stable as I could without any equipment until the paramedics got there and then handed off report to them. While the instructor working as well as the GM at the time were extremely grateful, it would have been nice to at least have been acknowledge by corporate, as I am sure they knew about the incident. I am not asking for a certificate or ribbon a simple thank you by the owners would have been nice. I wish you all the best, but I can no longer belong to a studio that does not value its members the way they should.

The heat helps loosen your muscles, leaves you feeling refreshed, and adds an extra layer of challenge to the workout. I do miss it, though I'm at a different gym for the time being. One of the things I loved most about Hotworx is the convenience--you simply book your session through the app, head to your private sauna room, set the temperature to your preference, and follow the workout displayed on the screen. I usually went early in the morning since I often had the room to myself. The studio is open 24/7, and while staff have set business hours, you can always access the building with your phone. Occasionally, they even provided essential oils to enhance the atmosphere, which was such a nice touch. Before entering the sauna, you'll need their special yoga mat (shoes stay outside), and there are cubbies to store your belongings. Beyond the saunas, there's also a weight room so you can round out your training with strength exercises. The location is well-equipped with showers and a separate bathroom, making it easy to work out and freshen up without rushing home. The staff and members were always welcoming, which gave the studio a real sense of community. They also host workshops on proper technique as well as fun social events like block parties. I loved being a part of it and hope to return when it fits my budget again. If you've ever been curious, I highly recommend giving Hotworx a try. They usually offer your first session free, and they'll even provide the mat so you can experience the workout the way it's meant to be.
