When we called Connie to ask what was happening, we were clearly in distress and Connie had raised her voice at us telling us she did not appreciate our tone. If a delay happened in your service for a member of your family, wouldn't you be distressed? Connie is an unfit candidate who can't handle frustrating situations. We are in further distress especially after how the funeral home and Connie had handled their jobs. There are so many other places to hold a funeral service, this is not even one you should consider.

We worked with Stephanie and she was AMAZING! IF I COULD GIVE HER MORE STARS I WOULD! The funeral home is open 24 hours so when we had questions in the evening she would call us back immediately. The funeral home offered complimentary live service for those who couldn't attend due to COVID! A service other homes don't provide. We made meal kits for our guests since we couldn't have a traditional reception. Stephanie offered to have her team pass it out to cars on there way out of the cemetery. She was very flexible. I hope it is a long time until we need their service again, but when the time comes we'll be going with Waitt Funeral Home again and asking for Stephanie!

Our company president is a veteran, and if someone states up front that the marker is for a member of the armed services, we make sure the customer understands that the government will provide that marker to them at no charge.
