With that you get an underground parking space and storage unit as well as monthly get together a for residents. But if you are not on the fourth floor you will hear your neighbors walking around above you, people seem to be very inconsiderate of their neighbors below. Also if you have a unit near the elevator you will here lots of halfway noise(peoples dogs barking and people talking and congregating near elevator in front of your door.) Just some things to consider before moving into these "luxury" apartments. They also rent out the lobby, chefs kitchen, conference room and the courtyard(which all the inside apartments are facing.) Sometimes the events are quite loud, music and 30+ people outside, don't plan on staying in for some Netflix or reading.

Terrible communication and didn't care to listen to anyones experience. Several players from different groups tried to talk with him and he just overlooked and spoke over everyone. $105 a round to be scoffed at and demeaned. Ive played some decent courses over the years but never had this sort of experience.

They lost the whole waiting list in 2010, gave away our season tickets around 2013, couldn't figure out how to mail single game basketball tickets in 2019, and now our season ticket payment that forwarded to this year is gone. Hell, they can't even manage to update our email address, why should anyone trust these new digital tickets to work?
