My first time - I guess I caught the barista on a bad day or something- she gave me the wrong size and a bad attitude with my 2 drinks. Didn't catch her name but I wish I had so I could avoid her window next time. Looked up an alternate location to go to next time. What I wanted was the largest size (24 ounce) and what I got was 16 ounces and an upset co worker who thinks I should have asked for 24 ounce size not large. read more

Cute little coffee drive-up, shaped like a caboose! The staff were friendly and looked happy to be there which always makes a difference. We got a mocha with coconut milk (they charge extra for alternative milk but base the charge off the size of the drink - which is nice, because most places charge a flat fee). My husband was very happy with his mocha, it had a nice dark chocolate flavor. I got a chai with coconut milk, it tasted like a delicious ginger cookie. There was almost a buttery flavor to it. I was going to loose caboose frequently until they hired new rude people who made horrible coffee, told me i was wrong about the stamp card when i was not. then the coffee maker person actually told me I was wrong! I drove to the location on west Broadway and asked the young woman there and she told me i was correct. i had enough stamps for a free coffee. I contacted the company and they were equally rude to me and said they would send me a refund for my americano. I sent my address and then told i would not get a refund. The service at a couple of their locations is now horrible and the americanos tasted like brown water with milk. read more

I have been to different Loose Caboose locations many times over the last 7 years and I have never had an amazing coffee drink there. I like smooth and dark expresso and to me the espresso here tastes bright and watered down. When I drink a latte I'm thinking where is the espresso? I would say the service is great though.
