I called about 3 weeks in advance to book a private party in their small room. There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). When I called to book I spoke with Anna who was super helpful in answering all of my questions. She was also our guide the day of the party. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks for the party. I will note that the party room does not have a ton of extra space if you have a larger party. There is a counter that can be used. Once our whole party arrived Anna gave instructions on what price point to stay within (pre arranged) and sent us off on our own to choose which ceramic we wanted. Then she instructed us to pick which colors we would like. You start with 4 and can add more as needed. Then we got to work. Our whole group was engaged in their project. We laughed and had a wonderful time. Once we were finished she collected our ceramics to store until they were put in the Kiln. The wait time was about 2 weeks. I booked 5 spots for painting candles for Mother's Day. It was my mom and 3 daughters. It cost me…read more$170 total with tip. Everything was fine. We did have fun. But at the end I didn't even think about the fact that the wax is still a liquid and we wouldn't be able to take the candles with us. I leaned towards taking them anyway since I live over an hour away and would not be able to come back to get them. The owner and instructor advised strongly against this. The owner said she doesn't normally do this but she would mail them to me. I didn't want her to pay for my mistake so I said I would pay for the cost of shipping. I left my address, name and phone number. The owner had gone in the back at this point. The instructor said the owner would be in touch. Over a week went by and I never heard from anyone. I was busy with life and kind of forgot myself. I have called twice since then and left 2 messages. No one has returned my calls so I'm guessing they threw out our candles which is extremely disappointing as I spent $150 and even tipped the instructor $20. It's not so much about the candles themselves but the memories with my elderly mother we would think of every time we looked at the candles. My daughters all came out amazing too. I'm extremely disappointed they never followed through despite me saying I would pay for mailing them even though the owner offered to cover the cost. No return call. No explanation.

The price and value are great. Online registration is easy. I received notifications to remind me of the class prior to the date. Upon arrival, you sign in, grab the appropriate size gloves and sit in your assigned seat. Your box with all needed supplies is provided & ready for you. Bridget is positioned at the front of the class and there are monitors on each side that displays what she is doing. She gives step by step instructions, walks around to help assist and answers any questions asked. The instructions are easy and the art comes out unique and beautiful. Everything was so well organized. I loved the class! I highly recommend Bridget and her classes. You should sign up for one for yourself or with a group soon!
