I was never turned down from another vendor because we always would go Asheville Rental you can tell it has new management since we have done business there. the manager and some of the staff were rude and not helpful. I really should have read the reviews 2. They never called and pleaded with me to cancel the outing. The next time I heard from them was on Thursday when they came to set up that was to tell the installers to take the tent down 3. When it came to the inflatables we had to drop cords available one orange and one yellow three prong cords. They never used them because it took a while to take down the tent. the inflatables were put in place but they never inflated then. 4. On Saturday they showed up to set up the equipment. We had no power limbs all over the ground and puddles of water everywhere. 5. I told them there was no way the we could have the gathering due to the conditions stated. 6. As for the inflatables I cannot control what God has in store for. us. it was his will for the hurricane to come and it did. if the inflata led were ruined it was not my fault. 7. As for as him being there he was not. We went on a Monday we saw the MANAGER. SHE WAS IN AND SHE WAS RUDE. She told us we had been serviced before and the Saturday when they came out 8. The microwave was full of dirty, nasty food covering it. The bed were covered in cigarette ashes. The paint chips from the roof was covering the floor the smoke detector was in hooked up. Their power sockets were falling out the walls. Their toilet paper holder was falling out the walls there was garbage in the trash cans and the whole room reeked of cigarettes. when we went to the front desk and asked them to fix it. They told us there was nothing they could do about it the next morning we asked to speak with the manager. She told us that the manager would not be until later when the manager manager arrived, she was screaming at my husband after staying there, laughing and smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee with her coworker, pointing at my husband, she proceeded to tell my husband see what happens now while my husband was on the phone with Customer Service making a report I would not recommend this hotel. Staff members are very rude and disrespectful and the rooms are disgusting and nasty and are not cleaned like they say they are rude , they use proper cleaning supplies disinfectants that is not the case I have gotten sick because of staying in that hotel room and they refused to do anything about it. Way better experience from my previous visit a few years ago. I Sure missed having my wife and kids there with me though. Being solo in a hotel isn't my thing.
