My children loved the cheese pizzas and slushies. There are seats by the inflatable park for adults to sit in while they watch their children. Lockers are also provided. The same lady came up to us a second time and said, " You cannot jump on the same trampoline and can't do flips! If you keep doing flips you will be permanently banned from funcity!" Me and my cousin were following the rules the whole time. And that's not okay that the lady threatened little children to be banned when they didn't do anything wrong. I'm only coming here on weekends. The floors are filthy and the playground has mystery stains and the slides are unstable. If you want to take your child to funcity on weekdays, I really don't recommend coming here on weekdays because of very rude and threatening staff.

We came here for the first time for GoKarting for Father's Day and had a great time!…read more It is a bit of a loud environment but the tunes playing were enjoyable. Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)

She checked in on us, and gave us everything we needed before we can even ask. She and the representative in front checking in the party recipients were very kind and professional. When we went in, we checked in at the front and they had a cart ready for us to put our party food and decor. Get Air provided everything you could possibly need to host a successful children's party. They provided hand sanitizer, anti bacterial wipes, tape to hang things on the wall, a lighter, candles, plates, cups and forks. We were shown to our party room upstairs which had a perfect view to the whole trampoline park. So parents had a choice to be in the party room watching the kids or by the trampolines. **please keep in mind, not all party areas overlooked the trampoline area. In the room there is a chalk board that is personalized with the birthday celebrants name and a table in front for cake and food. Then there were picnic style tables for the party goers to sit to eat and socialize. Party rooms are reserved for two hours. After two hours they ask you to pack up your belongings so they can prepare for the next party. We just had to leave the room, we didn't necessarily have to leave the trampoline park. The party package came with pizzas which were from dominos, drinks (we chose Hawaiian Punch and lemonade). You are allowed to bring cake/cupcakes, veggie, or fruit tray at no additional charge. If you wanted to bring other outside food there was a $50 fee. Despite having wonderful staff and service another thing I want to factor in are some negative things I noticed with the park. 1. Our party room was upstairs, when I put my hand on the handrails it felt weird. A little sticky..kind of by bumpy... 2. The party room was clean when we arrived, so clean that there was a patch of wet floor that was super slippery and no wet floor sign. I slipped on it when trying to decorate the party space. 3. There was a square cut in the netting going into the ninja warrior part of the park. I literally watch a child climb in and out of it that part. My opinion is it should be fixed so prevent anyone falling slipping. Overall the experience was great! The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star review was because of items 1-3 listed above. When your kids are 5 and 2.5, they can get trampled and messed up by big kids and so we plan accordingly. Today, we went and an adult man was there with 3 preteens/teens that were rude and picking on my little guy throughout our time. I asked that they leave him alone and if they didn't want to play with him, could kindly remind him no thank you. They continued to take up large amounts of space, doing flips and fun tricks my little guy was enamored with, but I needed to keep reminding to give them space. He just saw cool big kids and didn't understand their annoyance with him. I eventually gave up trying to keep them separated and to leave. When trying to go home, the man with them approached me, trapped me between 2 chairs, the fence at my back, him in front, and refused to move out of my way so I could exit, my child in my arms. He was angry, I don't know what he hoped to gain by trapping me. I yelled repeatedly to move and let me leave. He wouldn't. When I asked for help, the owner came, apologized to the man and asked me to leave and not come back. I was not supported, made to feel safe, protected, or defended from physically aggressive behavior from a man. As a woman, I am regularly made to feel unsafe on my own just trying to live life out in the world, but to have a man try to intimidate me and physically hold myself and child captive and have no one come to our rescue when asking for help was a nightmare come to life. If you like your children to play in environments that are safe, where grown ups are safe, and kids safe & protected, this is not the place for you. If you have ever experienced trauma and went to the helpers for help and were treated like the bad guy, I am so sorry and I see you.
