Would not recommend this place! It is as expensive if not more than the nice ones and it is dirty and old. Stair Railing had duct tape all over it and other things were taped all over the place too. Bathrooms were dirty as well and smelled. Will never go back and recommend you go somewhere else. Wouldn't go if it were free. This place needs to be renovated or closed. read more

This place is disgusting. The bathroom walls are stained with liquid marks and snots. The toilet paper dispensers themselves are covered in dust and grime. The trash area in the birthday area, has wet makes and gunk all over the walls from people just throwing their drinks into it and not cleaning it. The staff was in the bathroom at the same time as me and never went back to pick up the drenched kids shirt on the floor or the toilet paper all over the place. The party areas look like makeshift areas and unfinished. Only positive is that the kids had fun. read more

We have four kids- two teenagers and two elementary age kids. They all enjoy this place as there are a things for everyone. In addition to the trampolines, there is an obstacle course, a play maze area, battle beam, basketball area, foam pits, a zip line and more! There are pool tables and arcade but those were not available due to COVID. There are vending machines for a quick snack and drinks. We opted for the 90 min of fun and with four kids it cost us $92. This review is for the parents considering bringing their young toddlers here. I can only speak from that perspective. Their website says they have a toddler area. It says the toddler area goes up to age 8, which should have been my first red flag. We had a terrible experience here. My daughter is 22 months and we went with friends who have almost 3 and almost 1 year old sons. Despite stating that they have a "toddler" area, nothing about these areas is safe or appropriate for toddlers. There is a toddler area with large foam Lego-like blocks for kids to build and play with. There is also a small ball pit in this area. The ball pit was absolutely filthy, who knows how often it gets cleaned. There was an employee watching this area but it didn't make a difference because there were older kids knocking down the large foam structures and destroying everything. We kept our little ones far away while this was going on. This area is also not gated or fenced off in anyway, which is not ideal with toddlers. This area also leads into another area that is definitely not toddler safe but again, no gate. I was fully prepared to closely supervise my child and follow her around, but the lack of gates just made everything more stressful. The toddler trampoline area itself would be fine if it were closely monitored by an employee. It clearly states it's for toddlers only and there is a sign at the entrance that says if you are taller than the opening to the area you can't go in. Since it wasn't monitored by anyone, older kids (about middle school age) were jumping and throwing large rubber balls around in the toddler area. They saw that there were babies playing in there and a friend even shouted to them that it was for toddlers only and they didn't care. We eventually spoke up but they didn't care and we had about had it by then anyway, so we grabbed our kids and left. There was another area deemed for toddlers that we didn't even bother trying. 3 large slides, ball pit, surrounded by netting. This was not appropriate for younger toddlers, but maybe more like ages 4 and up. The bathrooms are disgusting. The family bathroom was visibly dirty and unkept and smelled terrible. The stalls in the women's room are literally falling apart. I had to lift the entire door and connected wall into place in order to lock my stall. There are several other places in the area to bring your toddler that are much safer, more baby and toddler friendly, and cleaner than FunZ! The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because of the young man who sold us our tickets. He was so friendly, polite, and helpful. He saw us as we were leaving and checked in to see if we had a good time. I wasn't expecting that kind of customer service and it was a bright spot in an otherwise very disappointing experience. I hope that kid finds a better job! read more

Brought the kids and they had a blast. Rating would be higher but while we were there some kid through up in so many areas and instead of cleaning it they just threw down a white powder on it which is fine up until cleanup but a half hour went by and not 1 of the areas was cleaned I mean even near the ramp and stairs where you go up and down you had to step over it which is gross and very unhygienic. There was minimal priority to get it cleaned asap. Spend so much money and this was our first experience there. I would suggest management better train staff also there were older kids being a bit aggressive around the younger kids because they didn't have staff enforcing any of the rules. read more

This place is the place to say better then the other competitors. If you have an older kid I recommend the glo in the dark jump with a dj. Totally steps it up a level. The staff is always helpful and readily available. They also have added new additions. As of October. Much cleaner then some other places and the kids could go for hours. Just sign the waiver online before going to save time and save the socks they give you to not always have to get a pair!!!! read more

Such a fun, well run place! We went there for a birthday party this weekend. The place was very clean, which I am very happy to report, since my husband is a germaphobe and would have freaked out if it was filthy. The birthday boy was turning five years old, and they had a specific section for little kids. My daughter, who is usually very shy and reserved, did not feel uncomfortable or awkward. She had an absolute blast. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, but not intrusive. I am looking forward to possibly setting up a birthday party for my own daughter. read more

Nope....poor equipment caused friction burns. The injury is not my issue though...its the company that chose to ignore me when I tried to tell them that they need to protect other kids. Summer is coming, others will come in with shorts on and end up with painful friction burns too...and they don't even care to respond never mind fix the issue! My sons did not enjoy it and one of them rolled their ankle which I was NOT happy about... also we saw that in the hamster ball "arena" someone got seriously injured. We loved it.Tons of staff on duty, tons for little and big kids to do. Only thing I didn't like was a piece of litter my young son found (someone left an empty Gatorade bottle) but other then that the prices are great for what you get and I loved hat accompanying adults don't have to pay unless they are actually participating. My teenage daughters and her friends frequent FUNZ each weekend. As a parent, I'm glad they're getting some exercise in with their socializing, as they leave dripping in sweat.
