This review is from an 11 year old girl. My dad took me and my cousin Reilly to funcity trampoline park on a Tuesday. I'm never going to funcity ever on weekdays ever again. Very rude staff on weekdays. An ignorant lady came up to us and said "You can't do flips!" I didn't even do a flip I just bounced on my bottom. The same lady came up to us a second time and said, " You cannot jump on the same trampoline and can't do flips! If you keep doing flips you will be permanently banned from funcity!" Me and my cousin were following the rules the whole time. And that's not okay that the lady threatened little children to be banned when they didn't do anything wrong. I'm only coming here on weekends. The floors are filthy and the playground has mystery stains and the slides are unstable. If you want to take your child to funcity on weekdays, I really don't recommend coming here on weekdays because of very rude and threatening staff. read more

Due to what is going on in the Middle East, I've gotten to see my kid 2x in the last year. Huge trampoline area! We've come here both times and mostly love it. He was s very reluctant to go down their large slide but when he did, a couple of older girls and a mom all cheered for him, which meant a lot to me and he realized it wasn't scary. That was great! My only concern is no one was cleaning...ever. There were tickets on the couch I was sitting on from multiple days prior and 3 dates after it expired a woman pulled it off. That's how you get MRSA. I still like this place but it also fits into the "make money while I can" model. Summer I won't bring my kid here without upgrades. read more

Sadly this business has gone downhill fast. Many areas are now unusable with caution tape. It's no longer clean. I wasn't happy with the music they are now playing, some of it not appropriate for children. Seems like they are trying to attract an older group. read more

I went all the way there because I have a free pass. It has no expiration date and they refusing to honor it. Apparently the manager who issued it left a few months ago and they will not honor her passes. I have never heard of such a thing. That should not invalidate a pass issued by this company. read more

If I could rate this zero? Absolutely. Parts of some trampolines were duct taped and unstable. One of my friends feet got caught inbetween the springs of a trampoline after the cover meant to prevent that slid off, it slid off really easily and wasn't even taped like the others? A lot of attractions were blocked off, blew over 100 dollars for a group of six teens, very minimal activities here--filthy foam pit. Service from workers wasn't good at all, very uninviting. Most attractions closed off, I'm surprised the entire park wasn't closed down at this point because of the extreme poor quality on the trampolines, the rock climbing over the other foam pit looked really broken down and beat up, some rocks were missing. Images provided are misleading as of now, fix your park and fix your management system before allowing people to enter. read more

Their "manager Xavier" is nowhere qualified to run a business . There was 10 min left of my nieces party and he decides to come in yelling that we have to leave they need to set up. All he had to do to s pull an adult aside and we would have done so. Then proceeded to puff out his chest and keep berating us. Never was there someone to give us a heads up never was the party staff in to speak to us nothing. Every time I pick up my granddaughter for a fun night out with grandpa, she always wants to go to fun city trampoline park, the trampoline layout is huge, they have slides and a lot of other activities for all of the children, the staff keeps an eye on everything and is very helpful when you have questions, There are very comfortable chairs for the parents to sit in while the kids go off and play, it really is a great experience for the children to keep them moving and exercising, they also have a big party area for birthday parties, I don't know much about it, but it's huge. There are multiple rooms there to accommodate many different parties, maybe someday I'll have to plan a party for my granddaughter and all of her friends. read more

My daughter has had endless hours of fun here. I am forever grateful for the quiet morning hours when other toddlers are around to get some socialization in at a time when all kiddos need it. However, there are kids of all ages here and the place itself is huge. If you have younger kids, I'd suggest morning hours (right when they open is always quiet). Older kids and teens would be fine at any time of day. It could get dangerous for toddlers if it's too crowded. However, they do have an entire section dedicated to little kids with slides, swings, ball pits, and other climbing structures. They're always clean and efficient. You can buy your tickets and sign your waivers in advance. I love that toddler prices are a little less so it makes it a great way for little ones to burn off some energy. read more

Fun City gets two stars because my son (almost 4) loved the toddler space (cushion stairs, ball pit, slides, etc.). It's also very reasonably priced at $10 for a full hour including required jump socks. However, this is the only place owned by this company and their inexperience shows. Where do I start? 1. The bathroom was filthy. FILTHY 2. There was only one attendant in the toddler area which was woefully inadequate for the amount of kids present. 3. They don't enforce the less than 42" height restriction in the toddler area, and there were several kids well beyond that height. It's not safe to allow that. 4. There are many blind spots in the toddler area and no cameras, so neither the attendant or the parents can see what's happening in those areas. Several times we had to walk into the area to try and see where our son was. 5. Their only arcade games (except for one) are direct from Japan skill games where you can win a PS4 (good luck, you'll need it), or perfume and lipstick (yep). 6. The ball pit had a good amount of smooshed balls that need to be thrown out. Come on guys. I could go on and on but you get the point. Kids should love it but the management of the company could do a much better job making it a cleaner, safer environment. read more

I'm surprised I hadn't heard about this trampoline park earlier considering how close it was to Seekonk Grand Prix! I was initially going to try Launch but my friend recommended we try Fun City and I'm really glad we did. I think it was about $12.00 for an hour and that includes buying the special socks with grips at the bottom. So this is definitely the best priced trampoline park. They also have a large playground complete with ball pits and several slides! My son enjoyed going in and out of the ball pit (of course). Trampolines span the rest of fun city with everything you can think of including a zip line! They also have an enclosed area for basketball or dodgeball (behind the playground). They also have two balance beams over a foam pit area. Next to the foam pit is a pretty large rock climbing walls; which looked pretty cool. They also had a "parkour" section for advanced trampoline jumpers- which was pretty cool. The only thing they didn't really have that other trampoline parks usually have is video games! But for the price you honestly can't go wrong here. Well worth coming here for the afternoon and you won't break the bank. We will most definitely be back!! read more

I'm actually sitting here now. The kids are going to love it. It'll keep them busy and tire them out. However, this place is absolutely disgusting. Everything is dirty. I can't find a bathroom where a toilet is even remotely clean. They all have urine all over them. And as I sit here i'm staring at four employees just standing there talking. They're actually appears to be a lot of people working here, just nobody wants to clean the bathrooms. Or clean anything for that matter. I'm going to have to go home and take a shower. read more

The place is really amazing, there are trampolines, zip lining, foam pits, and this big dome. This place is connected to a arcade. They have made so many great changes! They have perfect service. It is a little overpriced. 16$ per person I believe. (correct me if I'm wrong). Depends on person though. It is always a little overpacked. On the red slide, there are people teaming up to go together. There is so much people always on the slide, and it takes a bit long time for me, and others to go. People are pushing, shoving, and cutting the line. The disco lights only come on a little late. read more

Small and affordable. 4 year old kids had a blast ( and I did too). I like that they do not separate the kids by size and weight. You can use any trampoline and the staff was friendly and helpful. They do not force you to buy their overpriced socks to play, you can bring any socks that have rubber soles. read more

Mixed feelings on our first visit. My 2 kids are 7 & 10 and had a fun time. My 10 year old will age out by 12. Fun City has a good variety of activity areas including a good sized kid's area. Bad news for this place is that a lot of aspects/equipment seem cheap and aren't wearing well after only a year. See pics. Owners/management will need to reinvest along the way soon or it won't last. Not sure if we would go back. Quality of equipment much better at SkyZone and Get Air. read more

This place is amazing I can't believe I haven't heard about this place before today. Way way better then launch trampoline park and way bigger. Love the friendly staff and how clean everything is. The guys had cleaned the bathroom looked great was spotless. Love the basketball area jump my 2 year old loves it as well. Love how there is no age restrictions so kids and adults can go anywhere. The dodgeball area was awesome my daughter husband and myself loved it you get these cool balls that are like fome but yet you can still throw them. It's a big area with wall jumps and everything is in closed . They even have a huge rock wall and zip line. They also have a cool game where you have to balance on a beam over a fome pit while hitting the other person with this big round long stick thing and who ever pushes the other person off the beam 1st wins it's pretty fun. The toddler area is the biggest and best part. Huge obstacle course with climbing jumping swings tons of slides from big to small. Twisting stairs and a awesome ball pit for the kids. The 3 big slides that are black and white were cool but definitely need to go down with your toddler on them they are fast. Prices are great 14 for adults and 9 for kids not bad for 60 mins. Staff are very observant and make sure rules are beening followed. Only thing I hate is they don't have lockers like Launch to keep your stuff safe they only have little cubby's that anyone can steel from . read more

This place made me so angry. I went with my 4 year old bought his socks and everything was fine. I decided that I would jump With him because he was scared. I was so impressed that they let me do a half an hour and I bought the sockS etc. We did not abuse the system at all. My son played for the other half an hour on the kiddie park. It was just enough time. We had such a good time that we decided to go the next day. I tried to do the same thing because let's be real parents of toddlers are not going to jump for the full hour. This worker looked me in the eye and said "we don't do that any more" .... really ?!? Yet you have parents bouncing not paying a dime with their regular socks? My only concern with this place is, it gets VERY busy. The kids run around from section to section it's hard to keep up. I have attended this place, many many times with my grand children. I recently went back, and I was very disappointed. The women's bathroom was a complete disaster. The middle sink was completely filled with water. The handicap bathroom has been broken for a while. The bathroom was completely filthy. The new area where the light blue and white balls are is a mess half of the balls are broken. The basketball hoop to the left has been broken for three or four months, I told the people that were working that day about the sink they never fixed it nor did they go to clean up the bathroom one of the sinks in the bathroom. The faucet was only coming out hot water even if you put the faucet on cold, my grandson almost burnt his hand. It was that hot, I hope they put some money into that. Please fix things that are broken and seriously think about having a deep cleaning there. They're definitely going to start losing business. read more

Yeah, I don't see coming back here. The place is dirty, especially the bathrooms, and it just seems like it was setup with low-budget stuff. The kids ball pit had a taped up projection screen running some games that were all in Mandarin, including having to throw balls at Chinese soldiers on the screen. We attended a birthday party on the balcony area and it did not feel sturdy at all. The music was uncensored pop and hip-hop (I'm a DJ and knew just when to listen) and there were all kids there. The staff didn't seem to want to be there. Unrelated to the place, my son got sick and tossed all over my back. I went to the front to ask if they had any shirts they could give me, even if I could buy a staff shirt so I didn't have to smell like vomit, and they couldn't care less. That's when I also told the assistant manager the music was uncensored and he again couldn't have cared any less. Save your money and go to Sky Zone. So much more better organized. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because it wasn't absolutely terrible, but certainly not a place I'd want to go back to. read more

I don't know how the other parents feel about it but I'm a millennial and it's awful. More pop music less gangster. Super busy here and I don't see many staff workers on the floor watching the kids. I'll start by saying that my 3 year old recently had a blast and I loved being able to join in on the fun with him! However, after going here on a very busy day I am extremely disappointed in the lack of management and any rules being enforced whatsoever. It was a free for all for kids of all ages from toddlers up through teens with a huge lack of any type of supervision or safety. Kids were hiding in foam pits, running in between everyone, drinking Gatorade on the trampolines and parents were walking through on the trampolines in street shoes. I'll most likely go back but I'm hoping that this place hires people over the age of 16 who will actually enforce rules and look out for the safety of children. read more
