Nice little spot for your kids to jump around a bit, they have the mini square sections of trampoline, the space is NOT big, but for young toddlers and children it'll do for the area. There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Space Zero has been opened at SSP for a while but today was the first time I've stepped foot inside. They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :) read more

Facility is well kept, clean, and organized. Machines are a little expensive IMO but I suppose that's how they make profit. Our kids enjoyed this facility and was a great way for them to burn off some energy. We moved to LA and don't live in the area any longer but I sure hope this place sticks around! read more

She and lots of her friends had their own room to celebrate after an hour of playing and jumping on tranpolines. the Party Person was Genesis - she was GREAT with the kids, managed the time well serving pizza and cake and really made the party feel special. we were allowed to bring in our own store bought cake, decorations, balloons and tgey handled wverything else. very clean, nice staff and the manager even gave us discount for less kids attending. i would recommend this location! Brought my cousins who were visiting from Montreal for an impromptu Wednesday afternoon visit. We had a fantastic time! Trampolines were a hit, VR games were mind-blowing, and the cotton candy making machine was an added delight. The staff was incredibly friendly. Found a cute place at the mall! I was shopping with my friend and we stumbled upon this place. The colorful lights and claw machine caught our eyes. It is next to Nordstrom and after not being able to shop any longer, we thought to stop by here! Such a cute place especially if you have kids, it is a nice break for the kids to play around. The kids we saw that were there were having a lot of fun. There's also a big trampoline for them to play in- very safe environment and supervised. The price is reasonable too, for the activities. There are also seats for adults if you don't wish to go inside there with them. Nice and clean area and great/attentive staff! I had my daughter's birthday party here last night and it was absolutely amazing experience from booking to the end . The booking process online was very easy and quick . I had to upgrade my package a few days later and did it easily over the phone . Day of the party , I was running a bit behind but our party host , Amari , had set up the room beautifully for us so it was just fine tuning that needed to be done when we did arrive . She was absolutely wonderful . She took every bit of stress away from me before with setting up , during with addressing everyone's needs , and after the party with the pack up and clean up . Unfortunately this place is NOT friendly or kind to AUTISTIC kids AT ALL. First, you have to sign a waiver that basically waives the business of any liability or responsibility for injuries that your kids may inflict while playing there. Ok, so I would think signing this "waiver" I am basically accepting that my autistic son will have the right to play just as any kid would.......WRONG! My son has sensory and texture issues that we are trying to work on. We asked the lady who seems to be the manager there in the case that my son has a sensory overload and he rips his socks off, is that ok? I am hoping they will understand since he is 3 years old and most likely will just be playing around the ball pit area. Unfortunately NO! They are not accommodating, they say he must wear the socks that they give out to him the entire time or he cannot enter and play. I asked, " ok he can't even play at the ball pit or even just the crawl space area?" They simply said no he cannot. So we left there with my son crying because he thought he can go in and play! It was very sad and heartbreaking to see him, a 3 year old, get turned away, JUST because he cannot keep the socks on if he has a sensory overload. Long story short, don't think about wearing your "own" socks to this play area. They MAKE you wear their brand socks and they call it "jumping socks". THE SOCKS LOOK NO DIFFERENT THAN REGULAR SOCKS except you have to pay for these. Entire space is small. It's not large or open like the pictures they advertise on facebook. VERY claustophobic. Try it here and see if you like it in my honest opinion, however, any place that won't be kind and accommodating with special needs kids is just a plain NO for me. read more

After looking through the pictures for the place, I thought it was expansive and fun for me and my friends but it was actually incredibly small and for little kids. The arcade was mainly rigged claw games, and their VR wasn't functional at all. Seemed pretty sketchy, so we went to Dave and Busters for less than we paid for Space Zero and had a blast. Our 4 year old loves this place. He can't get enough of it. My only problem is the lack of supervision during peak hours from other parents despite a requirement to do so and therefore a lack of enforcement by staff. Some kids are obnoxious and their parents are checked out while their kids run amok and actively try to hurt other kids. I had to stop a kid from actively hitting mine in the face while their parent was nowhere to be found. During off peak hours, this place is an absolute haven for my toddler. read more

I bought the 90mns jump with the 100 credits for video games (12creit a game), with socks, $45.00. They have less time. We jumped a lot, went thru a couple of small obstacles then played video games. They are interactive so the motorcycle, the car and the roller-coaster feels like you're actually riding as the chairs and bike moves around. If your child is 1 years to 10 yrs or is ASD go. I did my waiver online, but you can do it there. I went in at 11 as soon as they opened. The staff very friendly. A staff name Solar was great. We were a fan of this place. When it first opened, we were there almost everyday. The staff was great, but the management, I do not think so. My daughter had an accident and sprained her led badly in the trampoline area. The staff just gave as an ice bag and a small plushie to distract my daughter who was in so much pain and couldn't stand. I had to call my husband to pick us up and bring us to the hospital because no one in Space Zero offered to transport us to the nearest emergency room. I was so disappointed because this was my daughter's favorite place but it seems like they do not know how to handle such scenarios. I messaged their Facebook page and Ben, one of the owners reached out to me, saying their Injury specialist will reach out regarding the help I asked from them, but up until two weeks after, no one has reached out to me. What's funny is his immediate resolution was to fire the staff in the place who failed to help us next time this should happen but I told them that they just need to be trained on what to do. read more
