She barely touched my dog and didn't seem to want to spend the time on the exam. I saw what seemed to be a daycare dog standing out in the rain the whole time I was there (it didn't look like it was enjoying it). The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.

Back when we could go in to the building, the place was always tidy, the rooms were painted welcoming colors and the staff was always friendly to our pet, and us and that's how it should be. They are here to help them deal with whatever and explain to us what might be going on. Commend them on this. Now we pull in, if they don't come out immediately, we just call the number, give them our dogs name and the spot # we are parked at. It's a little odd but it is what it is. Routsong is absolutely amazing with their pet loss services. We dropped Flo off on Monday and was able to pick her back up two days later. Her ashes were in a nice box with an engraved plate with her name and date of birth and date of death. They also gave us cards with her paw print and clippings of her fur. We took in small viles for her ashes and they filled those for me so each of my kids could have a piece of her. We were treated with such respect and I couldn't recommend their services more! All of Paşa's medical procedures have been done here. However, last night my dog suddenly became very ill: he vomited seven times in a row and had diarrhea, with blood in it. We rushed to the clinic in the morning. When we explained the situation and were visibly distressed, the long-haired gentleman at the counter spoke to us very rudely, rolling his eyes, and said, "We cannot see patients without an appointment." Even after I explained that it was an emergency and that we have been coming here since Paşa was born, he repeated the same response in a dismissive manner. I understand if walk-ins are not usually accepted, but we have been loyal clients for two years and expected a little help in such an urgent situation. I even called other clinics, and despite never having been there before, they helped me over the phone for free, giving advice on what to do. If they had taken my dog immediately, treated him, and charged me afterward, I would never have complained because I truly didn't care about the cost. But after being dismissed twice at the door and then being told, "We will treat him if you pay this much," it did not feel sincere to me. Despite having entrusted this clinic with all of my dog's care over the past two years, we were treated rudely and turned away when we arrived in a panic. My heart aches because my dog was in pain and we were left helpless. In short, you can take your dog here for regular care, but if your dog is seriously sick, you may be treated dismissively and left feeling helpless.

My family has taken our dogs to Dena and her family for over 15 years. We love them! They clearly…read morelove dogs. My dogs are always treated like they are part of the family. The D and D Groomers are also very talented and consistently cut my dogs the way I like them. We have poodle mixes, and Dena does the best scissor work I have every seen. I have been to other Groomers before, and very few are good at listening to the client or know how to style mixed breed dogs. I have three dogs, so I am very price sensitive, and D and D has extremely reasonable prices. D and D is also rare because they will groom dogs that have health issues. I first found them through the recommendation of my vet when my Bichon was diagnosed with kidney disease. She was in the last months of her life and D and D treated her with such kindness. They made sure to groom her in a way that did not stress her in any way. Highly recommended.
