This last time, my kitty came home and has not been the same. I do not know what happened to her other than nails clipped, and flea and tic meds. she had a 4 day stay. She has not ate, or drank or pottied from the time I brought her home. I don't know why she is so very sad and only wanting to hide and cry. she has boarded before and had vaccinations during her stay. Not sure what happened, but I am not satisfied.

I found the receptionist to be cold and unfriendly, the techs were ok, but I didn't encounter anyone that seemed to like working with small animals. The person working the front desk doesn't know how to count change and shorted me two dollars. Not a big deal, but could add up over time. They were extremely rude, degrading, and condescending. I left there feeling sorry for him and hoping that he quits his job someday soon when someone is apologizing for their speech impediment because of the way they are being treated something is wrong.
