Just to clarify from the start, my family and I did realize we we're in the wrong, and should have…read morebeen paying attention, and looking! My mom sister and I came up from Oregon for one of our bunnies, so they could get radiation therapy from WSU, for his Thymoma. As we were waiting to pick him up after one of his treatments, we were looking for things togo do to kill time, and we thought why not go check out the local animal shelters/humane societys! Everything was great at first, very friendly, and welcoming. We went back to our car for a second, and then quietly cane back. We decided we wanted to go look at the dogs first; all was great for a few minutes until multiple employees came in, and one one of them raised their voice very sternly, and very rudely. She said that we were not allowed in there, and that there were multiple signs stating that it was staff only. Of course we understand, and left. We felt very embarrassed though, as we did not see any signs that were obviously stating what the girl had said. We also felt ganged up on since they came in as a group, and the one girl came off as very rude. We just felt like it could have been handled more gently, and more politely. :/
