John said he's been training dogs his entire life (highly doubtful john) We have an English bulldog who has separation anxiety and needs a little help obedientlily...all that was spoken upon via phone. after the first day, they let my dog have NO yard time for five days, he was fed thru a solitary confinement door and was givin no attention. We got charged an extra 25 dollars for aggressive behavior because a lady decided to put her hand in his cage and got scared. Weird, you just let anyone walking thru the back, put their hands in cages? safely and nicely done John. We told them that our dog does not like men, so who gets their pant leg pulled? a A man working there. Read the room, John. All of a sudden we receive unprofessional texts while on vacation saying that our dog was not welcome back. Professional? I would say not. After how our dog was treated, the idea of bringing him back is unrealistic Upon arrival, he was the only one NOT barking and he let a woman working there go in his cage and get his things ready while she was petting him. MY oh MY that is aggressive behavior. long story short, I've never given a bad review but this one made me so mad, I had to. Take your dog somewhere else, if you truly care. Lastly, don't believe a word John says, he will sell a cow to a vegan to make the extra buck.

This last time, my kitty came home and has not been the same. I do not know what happened to her other than nails clipped, and flea and tic meds. she had a 4 day stay. She has not ate, or drank or pottied from the time I brought her home. I don't know why she is so very sad and only wanting to hide and cry. she has boarded before and had vaccinations during her stay. Not sure what happened, but I am not satisfied.

Sophia is both my emotional support animal and then a few years ago, I contracted some health challenges and made her my service dog as well. Yes, I get two for the price of one, but recently, I had to care for her. She has terrible allergies and she and I were doing a program in Lewiston, ID, where she was literally licking herself raw. I called Orchard Pet Hospital the morning of my program, said if it was possible to be there by 12:15 to get the required shot, BUT had to be back by 1:00 to continue my seminar. I left at NOON, got there at 12:15 PM and it was AMAZING! They knew who I was when I walked through the door. The assistant had the shot in her HAND READY TO GO. Took Sophia back, while I paid for it. Five minutes later Sophia was in my arms and I saying, "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK..." to the entire staff. RUN don't WALK to Orchards Pet Hospital for ALL of your PET NEEDS!! One more..."THANK YOU."

I was embarrassed that I needed help, I've always trained my pups on my own in the past. But I really needed them this time and they came through like champs. I feel like they supported me as much as my dog. I struggled with the emotional side of my situation and they really helped me set my fears aside and trust the help they gave both me and my giant puppy. Now she is a year old and I still bring her in when I need help with her and she is always so welcome. They are a great resource.

I found the receptionist to be cold and unfriendly, the techs were ok, but I didn't encounter anyone that seemed to like working with small animals. The person working the front desk doesn't know how to count change and shorted me two dollars. Not a big deal, but could add up over time. I only paid cash to save the 3 percent charge for using a debit card. That didn't work well for me. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

A few days ago it was his first time coming here. He gets extremely nervous about going to the vet but I can tell they took very good care of him! I took my kitten in after a poor experience at a different vet in the area and he was treated…read morewonderfully. His eye was protruding from his head and causing him pain. I called this vet at 7:30pm and was told to bring him in right away and they would see what they could do. We unfortunately had to stay 30 minutes past close but they were so kind and didn't fault us one bit. His eye needed to be removed ASAP and they were able to squeeze us in the very next day to remove the poor guys eye. The vet was amazing and explained all the risks for a kitten so young and small and answered all our questions thoroughly. This wonderful communication continued through his surgery and after when he had to stay overnight. Kitten did amazingly and they got all of the procedures done under anesthesia that we had hoped for. When I picked him up the next day they sent home an adorable letter with him. We will be returning here with the rest of our pets for establishing care, vaccinations, and any emergencies! Thank you!

I told a non-practicing veterinarian about the service and bill I received for that service..and she gasped. I Adopted a feral cat 10 years ago. I took her into PAWS when I noticed her behavior was off. The problem was a small abscess on her head..no stitches required. With add-ons, the bill was $371.00.
