I have never seen a company work so fast on short notice. Their customer service is amazing and their products are great! There is nothing that irritates me more than when you contact a company and you can never get a hold of them or their communication is very poor, you DO NOT have to work about that at all with ASC! The famous Rochester Flower has popped up on their shirts that hang from the walls on the insides of the store, along with a few other designs and logos. They carry mens tanks, tees, and hoodies. Most of their apparel (tees) are $25 a pop, but they have a current deal where you can buy two tees for $40 (a ten dolla discount!). The owners of the store seem fun and quirky. I spent multiple days emailing back and forth with Doug to get decals and magnets made for a…read morememorial I am attending. Doug was kind and helpful until he wasn't. I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. I'm disappointed by the complete lack of help and understanding from Doug when I was a respectful and understanding client who would have used them in the future for many more things.
