I contacted Josh to get a quote, and he was the first to respond and was more than accommodating to fit my schedule. I got a few quotes later that day from other companies, and a few days later, from others and he was by far the fastest out of all of them. His prices were a perfect middle ground that I was looking for and fit my budget. Timewise was crazy expensive and booked out till next year, and the other companies were too cheap for me to be comfortable with, and we're not as professional as Josh's company. The price was just as described and very fair. As for the cleaning, Marion and Toni were AMAZING!!! They killed it with the cleaning and took a huge weight off my shoulders.
