I usually am signed in and get called back within the next 10 to 15 minutes if not less. He is a Great doctor & would not change him for another. I also agree with the last person who gave them a review on each doctor in the practice is different some have left and retired. The new ones that have come in you have to remember that at least one of the doctors in the office does rounds also at the hospital first. They're not late just because they feel like it.

When I arrived five minutes after them, I was also asked to wait. When I was FINALLY called up to the desk, I was told that the doctor asked for me to reschedule. This was now after waiting 15 more minutes. While I understand that the office has to maintain a tight schedule and that late appointments delay other appointments, the waiting room was COMPLETELY EMPTY. I was told that Dr. Lipson refused to see my son due to my lateness. When I reminded the office staff that he had already been there for fifteen minutes they again checked with the doctor who again refused to accommodate us. Again... The waiting room remained empty. I refuse to believe for a minute that the office was too busy to squeeze in a patient given the conditions that I discussed with them and the fact that the waiting room was empty. I am changing my provider and I won't be back. This office staff needs to address ways to be accommodating to busy families because things happen and in the big picture, a pediatrician/ family doctor is in many ways a long-term relationship. It is futile to make a point when the waiting room is empty and at the expense of losing a family's business.

About a year ago he had a wonderful staff. Angela at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and always had a smile. He also had very experienced women in the back drawing blood. I thought he finally found a great group. Then I went in one day and both my favorite girls were gone. Angela was no longer at the front and the cute little blonde was no longer taking my blood. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. I was very sad to see some of the negative reviews but some people write negative product reviews because a delivery person kicks a box. So please evaluate fairly. This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office.
