I usually am signed in and get called back within the next 10 to 15 minutes if not less. He is a Great doctor & would not change him for another. I also agree with the last person who gave them a review on each doctor in the practice is different some have left and retired. The new ones that have come in you have to remember that at least one of the doctors in the office does rounds also at the hospital first. They're not late just because they feel like it.

This was now after waiting 15 more minutes. While I understand that the office has to maintain a tight schedule and that late appointments delay other appointments, the waiting room was COMPLETELY EMPTY. I was told that Dr. Lipson refused to see my son due to my lateness. When I reminded the office staff that he had already been there for fifteen minutes they again checked with the doctor who again refused to accommodate us. Again... The waiting room remained empty. I refuse to believe for a minute that the office was too busy to squeeze in a patient given the conditions that I discussed with them and the fact that the waiting room was empty. I am changing my provider and I won't be back. This office staff needs to address ways to be accommodating to busy families because things happen and in the big picture, a pediatrician/ family doctor is in many ways a long-term relationship. It is futile to make a point when the waiting room is empty and at the expense of losing a family's business.

The staff did a good job checking me in and I appreciated their professional tone and demeanor. The waiting room was pretty comfortable, though the TV volume and show they had on was a little on the irritating side. After a short time, maybe 15 minutes, I was taken in by a nurse who did a quick check in and covered all the basics. She left and the doctor came in like 5 minutes after that. He checked my hand out in no time. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and with the quality of care I received. It's all too common these days that doctor's offices and urgent cares have you sitting around for long stretches of times, so quick attention is always a huge plus. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Instead of eminating the typical "god complex" many physicians possess, he exudes a sincere and caring "bedside manner," which, in my opinion, is a quality long absent from his profession. Most importantly, Dr. Sabatini listens to what the patient tries to communicate in lay terms and then helps him or her navigate whatever issues or concerns he or she may be experiencing without judgment. (As I peruse the extremely low number of negative reviews, I chuckle, because based on the tone of the entries, you can sense these folks were quite possibly trouble from the get-go.) This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office.
