Simply put, most of Aaron's customers are likely those who can't necessarily afford to buy furniture outright but can afford to make weekly or monthly payments. Aaron's takes great care when remembering their customer base and is loyal to their customers. We presently have a large flat screen LED television and a bedroom set including a queen bed, frame/headboard and two dressers. All of the merchandise has proven to be durable and is still stylish. Above all else though, I'd like to emphasize the customer service again. My family fell on hard times around the Holidays and Aaron's has been the most patient and understanding of all of our creditors. Both Aaron himself and Mike have been extraordinarily helpful and understanding. Aaron even drove his personal vehicle to my house so I could sign a paper when I was at home with no car. This store really does lease-to-own the right way. We have dealt with their competition, namely ZBest and have experienced harassment on a level that I couldn't possibly describe here. Lets just say ZBest literally (literally!) kicked my front door in.They left hundreds of Zbest fliers and business cards laying all over our front yard while we were out of town. Aaron's has shown class through and through.
