Suddenly BedTop Mattress started popping up in my Facebook feed like it knew my back was crying for help. I checked out their reviews and thought, "Okay... these people might actually know what they're doing." We live in Flagler Beach, but we took the quick drive to their Bunnell warehouse. I was immediately impressed with the showroom--clean, organized, and full of options from budget to luxury. Naturally, I made a beeline straight for the luxury section. Gary greeted us warmly and explained how everything worked. I tried several mattresses and finally fell in love with the 17" charcoal king Beautyrest "dupe" in firm. I normally avoid firm mattresses like the plague, but the pillow top on this one had me rethinking my entire personality. Then came the shocker: the price. I spent less than I did 20 years ago, and this time I walked out with an adjustable base. An adjustable base! Who am I? Delivery was quick and painless. I had my new bedding ready to go because this mattress is a deep one--she's tall, she's dramatic, she's a moment. But... at first blush, it felt firmer than the showroom version. After a couple nights and a couple backaches, I stopped by to chat with them. Keith suggested giving it a few more nights, but of course I tested more mattresses while I was there--just in case my back decided to file a complaint. I told myself if things didn't improve, I'd switch to the plush model. Well, my back made the decision for me. I called, and Gary had the plush version delivered and swapped out the very next day. That night? One of the best sleeps I've had in ages. I'm writing this review to share my experience and to say this: if you're in Flagler County, you need to go to BedTop Mattress. Their customer service is unmatched, their prices are unbelievable, and their mattresses are fantastic. Plus, I heard they might be getting furniture soon... and yes, I'm already excited.

Unfortunately, the comfort wasn't anywhere near right. We even had to warranty it out and they sent a mattress cover. My husband always hated the bed. I do not recommend online bed shopping! Come here instead and see Keith and Gary!!! I wish I knew about them then! The owner, Gary goes above and beyond! As does Keith, I had a concern when the bed arrived, fearing fedex delivered the wrong mattress. Keith kindly showed up at my home to verify. Once we determined everything was correct, he helped unwrap the rest of the package. Keith is an amazing person! I highly recommend purchasing from him. He didn't have to come to my home at 6 pm on a Thursday, but he did. He wanted to make sure we got a good nights sleep. We have slept two nights on our copper adjustable split king mattress and couldn't be happier! The brand is South Bay International and they are all made in a facility that does NOT spray chemicals on their beds. This is a huge deal! When our beds arrived I noticed no smells and IM EXTREMELY sensitive. I'm so thankful we came here. I will get a migraine if I come in contact with chemicals, so I'm most thankful. Location-It's off of Hargrove Grade and it's definitely a place where they pass on the cost savings. Avoid the strip mall stores and come here! You will be taken care of! When it arrived it looked fine but after we slept on it for one week we began to feel the worn spots where the former owners slept. We travel for work frequently and hoped every time we came home that it would be OK. But now we have visible craters which makes our $4,500 mattress look like it's 10-years-old! We spoke with the store today and they called us back and said they would do nothing for us. We are sorely disappointed with Mattress Firm and warn anyone considering a purchase from them...Don't buy from Mattress Firm! They assured us that this mattress was like new but from our experience this seems to be a scam to sell their used, poor mattress products for nearly the full new price. We will be sharing this disappointing information with all our friends and every website we can locate to add our complaint. They will not help us, so we shall help them understand the seriousness of their poor company practices.
