It was extremely competitive and fair pricing and was based on the total job.. not just an hourly rate. Considering the previous day we had a handy man here who wanted to charge us $100/hr, and take his sweet time, we were delighted to hear this! When the technician arrived, he was very friendly, personable and helpful. We actually had additional work we needed done---hanging three pieces of art-- and upon arrival the tech worked with us to schedule it for the same day! He was able to have the owner of the company come out to assist him, and the pricing for this was extremely affordable as well. There was no complete design, no layout, no sourcing list, and no professional presentation. When I asked what I was supposed to do with this and explained that this was not what I paid for, they refused to continue the project. I requested a refund for the unfinished work and they refused and hung up the phone. No attempt was made to resolve the situation, improve the work, or offer a partial refund. I am sharing this experience so other clients don't lose their money the way I did. I do not recommend this company.

I had a lot of dried thin set spots left on the tile when he finished, and was told I wouldn't have a showroom finish when complete. Eddie did remove some of the spots 5 weeks later, but left numerous grout stains on the floor. While the installation was completed by him in 8 days, it took him 2 months to get some of the issues corrected. I had to hire a company to professionally clean the floor, as he wouldn't take the time to do the job right. He is inexperienced and doesn't have respect for your property.
