The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They even helped me order my mattress online right there and helped me get the best possible deal, which I wouldn't have gotten had I ordered it myself at home. I ordered a queen-sized Helix Midnight Luxe and they made sure I got the bedding bundle with my order, which included a mattress protector, a full set of sheets, and 2 pillows. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. The process truly took less than a half an hour, from the time I walked in the door to the time I was walking out. They have free parking shared with the gym next door on the corner of Aldrich & 26th, plus lots of free street parking nearby. I placed my order in the showroom on a Monday and my mattress along with its accoutrements was delivered on Sunday! Only 6 DAYS. Awesome. How does one prove that? It clearly had the topper only the amount of cushion that was upon the displayed mattress in the store was not what my boyfriend received and it was not the same quality as the identical mattress I purchased the year before. We are still sleeping on this mattress and have had to order online an expensive mattress topper to add on top of our mattress as the Mattress Factory refused to allow us to return or exchange the faulty mattress we bought not 6 months ago! I didn't fall in love with any of the sofas. Mostly every display was a sectional, and while traditional sofa and loveseat were available for most of the styles... there weren't and models on the floor. I found the person who initially helped me, and they shared that if I need a visual reference they could pull some up (online). Eventually I found 1 modular style, that I liked. DIdn't love, but would do. I saved it for my records, but didn't buy anything in the moment, because I was truly settling. Anyway, although I didn't find anything that I wanted to buy during this trip, I had a good browsing experience and customer assistance from Primus.
