We found a great king mattress, that was their "top of the line" and flippable for about $2,000. A better deal than other mattresses we were looking at. I also am comfortable vouching for the longevity of these mattresses. I bought a mattress from here 8 years ago that is still holding up great, I just want a bigger size now. Service was also solid. Since this is a local business I feel like they honor customer satisfaction higher, plus it feels good supporting local. It's being made at the factory without the adjustable part since we don't have an adjustable bed. Feels kind of like a custom mattress. The experience was awesome. Tom Sparks is a really nice guy and made the entire process very easy and pressure free. It helped that we were the only people in the store but I appreciated his input and encouraging us to try a lot of different options.

It was like sleeping on a hard board with no cushion. We went back to the store in Applevalley, Mn where we purchased the mattress and was told we could not return it unless we could prove it was not the made correctly ( no topper ). How does one prove that? It clearly had the topper only the amount of cushion that was upon the displayed mattress in the store was not what my boyfriend received and it was not the same quality as the identical mattress I purchased the year before. We are still sleeping on this mattress and have had to order online an expensive mattress topper to add on top of our mattress as the Mattress Factory refused to allow us to return or exchange the faulty mattress we bought not 6 months ago! Needless to say? Although disappointed as the mattress I purchased in 2024 was a dream, I will no longer be purchasing my mattress from this company again.

As for delivery. OMF texted and emailed me a delivery window. They again texted and emailed me when they were leaving their last stop and on the way. Delivery guys, James and Micah were terrific. Unfortunately I did end my visit early. When it comes to customer service there's a fine line between doing too much and not doing enough. No prospective customer wants to walk in and be treated as if they're invisible or don't belong. On the flip side, and overly attentive salesperson who hoovers and wont allow you to browse at your leisure is no better. My experience was the latter! As soon as I walked in the sales gal said hello, asked what I was looking for, complimented my shoes and shirt, blah blah. From here, I would have been fine with a 'let me know if you need help'. However, she was a bit intrusive with questions, and too opinionated with how I decided to conduct my visit. At one point I advised that I had visited other stores earlier (since she asked) and her response was 'we all pretty much have the same thing and same price so you wont find much difference'. I replied with 'so should i leave?'. During her line of questioning and overload of info that I had no interest in, I advised several times that i'm comfortable looking on my own, thanks for the help I'll go look around, I appreciate the info I'll let you know if I need more help. Needless to say I finally made my escape and was able to test mattress which were different than what I already saw. However while testing just two, I notice her watching me, like a lion waiting to pounce. At that point, what little interest I had exited and so did I.
