I like how she knew exactly the type of mattress I sought, and it has worked out great since! Delivery happened three days later, right when they said it would arrive, and the movers were equally as pleasant as the salesperson. When I mentioned to a few people that I was intending to get a new mattress, and mentioned that I was going to OMF, every single person (friends (2), family members (2), acupuncturist (1) had all related extremely positive experiences with their purchase-particularly how well built and dependable they are. I like to support local companies, but only if their making a quality product-after purchasing and sleeping in my new mattress for a few weeks now, I don't know why anyone would purchase a mattress anywhere other than OMF, considering supporting the local economy, (instead of China) and getting much better value than elsewhere.

Out of panic in hopes to replace it quickly I called the Mattress Firm closest to me which was Maplewood. When I called your Customer Service Rep and spoke to the Manager at the Maplewood MN store he told us the mattresses can "sometimes be 75 inches give it take 2-4 inches" and that it would be 3 weeks before I could return it! I explained to him there is no disclaimer telling me this ahead of time and my son was coming home the next day from the military and I needed a full length bed! I asked if I ordered a different size would they be able to deliver it the next day and take the defective one and he stated No. They have a 3 week policy and to prove the mattress is defective I had to flip it over and then measure it and if it comes back as 73inches it's still not defective and I would have to keep it. I hung up the phone and I cried. My Husband called back and asked to speak to the General manager about your insane policy and after telling him no 3 times they finally told him they would put in a request for a call for us. Since we ordered the mattress over the phone they were able to track down that our mattress came from the New Brighton Blvd store so We got a call an hour later from a "Senior" manager not the general manager who says his name was Brian who consistently antagonized us and told us the same thing and refused to take the mattress back! The customer service was so horrible it felt like they were making a mockery of us and giving us fake names on purpose as if this whole thing was a joke. My heart still hurts over the whole thing and I've already contacted the BBB. Here we are a week later and I still haven't received a call from the GM.
