He was only interested in selling the mattress. Laith (the sales person) reminded me of a used car salesman trying to sell a lemon . . . They don't care about the issues you may have after the purchase . . . They just want to make the sale. I ended up leaving the store because I was very concerned that I would not get the mattress in time and decided to go to the Mattress Firm on Poplar - South where I met a Matt (awesome guy) . . . I mentioned earlier that it is tiny, well tiny may be an understatement. They probably have about 3-4 living room sets, a couple of bedroom sets, mattresses, and I think I spotted some appliances and TVs near the back. It reminded me a lot of an Aaron's or a Rent A Center, in that there weren't an over abundance of choices here. There were also tons on signs on the wall stating "Your job is your credit." Which, I guess is good to know if you have bad credit. I found a lot of the furniture in Chapman's to be a little too ornate and wooden for my tastes. If you are looking for a bargain, I would definitely suggest stopping here, it is worth a shot. However, don't wander in here expecting the show room of a Value City or Ashley Furniture. It ain't even in the same league.

So, if you're looking for something specific to bring some character back to your old house this is the spot, but I'd check out other stores for furniture or accessories.

Go see a doctor, they will tell you what type of mattress you need, then go from there; and if you have a bad back, I am thinking that a doctor specializing in chronic back pain will more than likely recommend a firm mattress and an exercise/stretching routine. Also, MANY stores hire delivery drivers not associated directly with the store. I don't know about this store but think about that before you bash a business due to a bad experience you had with someone that may not even be one of their employees. I don't work there, never have and I have no connection with this business at all. I'm just an old retired guy that will definitely go back to BHF for my future furniture needs.

The SAME DELIVERY GUYS who originally brought it came back and moved it for them. I saw a negative review from someone who custom ordered something through Wilson's. Guess what? When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer. It's just a bad idea to buy that way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
