We recently purchased new bedroom furniture and a Serta icomfort hybrid mattress set from Furniture Country (FC). FC was my 1st stop when I began shopping, but I also went to Rooms to Go, Furniture Kingdom, and Ashley, because I wanted to exhaust other possibilities. You know what? Based on prior experience, that little voice in my head that said "You will be happiest with Furniture Country" was right! From the minute I made up my mind to purchase everything from FC, that little voice was NOT steering me wrong. I am extremely impressed with the laid back, not pushy, courteous way I am treated at FC. Barbie K. handled all of my questions in a very helpful way, and manager John is a huge wealth of knowledge about furniture, and he is very approachable. FC is full of friendly people, and I feel very comfortable there. The selection is outstanding, and it was very easy for me to order through their kiosk system and the furniture was delivered to my home right on time by two very nice young men, Zach and Cody, who treated my new furniture AND my home, with care and respect. They got everything set up right. FC will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with your purchases, the delivery, set-up, and overall buying experience. They gave me a good deal on my purchases, especially the Serta icomfort mattress set. As we entered the store we were greeted by Rae. We explained what we were looking for and she took us around and showed us several couches. We eliminated several for a variety of reasons. My wife found a couple and we were trying them out. Rae explained the difference to us and was able to answer our questions, which means she is knowledgeable with her products. We settled on one, got a very good price (Presidents Day Sale.) I was surprised when she said it would be delivered the next Saturday. On Saturday we were give a 2 hour window and the delivery people (William and Frank) showed up right in the middle of our 2 hour window. They removed the couch that was there and brought in the other couch. They were very careful on both ends. We chatted and kid with them and they were both a lot of fun and pleasant as well. They rounded up a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Rai again and hope William and Frank make the delivery if we order things again. read more

Visited FC to look at new living room furniture for my house that is currently being built. When I entered the store Tracey a salesman introduced himself and asked the purpose of my visit. Tracey gave me a few notes on the showroom and brands and left me to shop and look around and checked in every once in a while to see how it was going and if I had any questions. He was very helpful without being pushy or high pressure to make a sale. I told him I would be back that evening with my wife to look at some of the selections I thought she might like. When we arrived Tracey introduced himself to my wife and kids and allowed us to shop, he was great and answering any questions we had and ultimately help us with the purchase of a new coach for our living room. We purchased and had delivered today a bunk bed for a 5 year old boy. He is so excited. The delivery and installation team of Cori and Zach were amazing. They assembled, seemed more like built, the bunkbed and spent over 90 minutes working tirelessly to finish the job. We were very impressed with their skill and team work. Both men we marvelous to work with and although we were very satisfied customers with the help we had from an excellent sales person, we were TOTALLY DELIGHTED with the tremendous job done by Cori and Zach. We will definitely think of Furniture Country first for any of our furniture needs in the future knowing we will have such outstanding sales and delivery/installation teams to work with. I was in the need of a bedroom set, after waiting for a year for one to come from another furniture store. At this point, I was over it, so I went into furniture country where I met Valentina who assisted me with my purchase and all of my accessories. My bed set was delivered the next week! I was ecstatic! She was great and very knowledgeable of all my items, and even gave me ideas to complete my vision for my home. My overall experience with this store in Gainesville has been great!! Great selection, if something is on their floor but not in a color you want ask about other options. delivery was actually EARLY from their arranged time which is unheard of from my experience. Zach and Sean were great about putting the furniture exactly where i wanted it, were personable and great to chat with while they were doing the delivery. No question if you are looking for furniture and excellent service definitely consider stopping by furniture country. I would like to give 10 stars , but that's not possible , went in today , was greeted by a sharp dressed man , he didn't do the normal , attack thing like most sales people. He gave me his card and said if I need him he'll be near by , his Name is Oran Hutchinson , Jr I thought I knew my measurements, ordered the furniture I wanted , not until hours later , did I noticed I had measured wrong . I had to see Oran again he had to rewrite everything, to get my order correct . He was very pleasant and told me no need to apologize, he was hands down the best salesperson I've ever dealt with . Great delivery service! Zach and Kori were polite, fun and enthusiastic. They delivered a bookcase and even moved the old for me so Habitat for Humanity could easily pick it up. The bookcase is even more beautiful in my office than it was in the store. I purchased from Greg Marlow (very knowledgeable) in the store had a very smooth payment process and received a call from the store regarding delivery. We normally dislike to go to furniture stores as they typically have, at least to me, a very similar environment compared to bad car dealerships. But not at all in this case. The whole experience was extremely positive. Rae, our furniture sales associate, was extremely helpful, without being "pushy", answering all our questions and looking at different alternatives so we could get the right product in the most affordable way. My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new loveseat and couch! Terry, our salesman, did a wonderful job of informing us about the products and gave us time to walk around and explore the store on our own. Once purchased, we only had to wait about a day and a half for our delivery! Then Obi and Nick, the delivery men, were early to bring my items in and it only took them about ten minutes to get everything situated how I wanted. We bought a table from Furniture Country last year. Glass shattered on top of it and we needed to replace the top. It was easy to submit the claim. After submitting the claim, we found out we were moving so we needed it done quickly. They worked hard to make sure it was done and rescheduled several times to fit our time frame. Tony, the service tech, picked up the damaged piece and brought the new piece at a later day. He was very friendly and professional. The furniture selection was plentiful. Sharon my sales rep was very knowledgeable and not pushy. But I really want to commend Zach and Kori who delivered our sectional. They were very nice, professional, efficient and respectful. They did their job with smiles on their faces even in the 100 degree heat and my two kids asking them tons of questions. We bought a mattress and adjustable base from Furniture Country which was delivered this morning. The sales people were knowledgeable and gave us the time and space to try various options. We ultimately chose the first bed we tried, but wanted to be sure as it was a large purchase.
