    Disorganization, empty promises, months late arrivals of furniture, dozens of unreturned phone calls, unupdated system leading to purchases of nonexistent merchandise, and outward deception. I ordered furniture August of last year, and I am still waiting on some items they promised would arrive 5 weeks after purchase (some said to arrive by February but I am not so sure anymore). I called and they said they needed to contact their supplier, and also promised a phone call back (they never call back btw just letting you know). I purchased an item that is still on their site, and they told me they don't make that item anymore after giving me different arrival dates 3-4 times. I also ordered dining chairs, if you look at the photo provided it shows two chairs that are clearly two different hues; to my surprise the one on the left arrived in the same color as the one on the right. I made the purchase after asking if the color would be the same as shown as well, which for some odd reason they were more than confident to let me know it would; a blatant lie and a waste of time. I made the request to return chair, but they adamantly refused even after I patiently waited for my furniture that was late for months forcing us to make do without furniture in our house dining and living room. The manager there claimed that my request to return because they were a different color was because 'they are clearly the same color hue' which you can make that decision for yourself below, and that my claim they were different hues 'wouldn't even stand up in court'. I will leave that latter statement to the imagination of the reader what that is suggesting on behalf of the establishment. Point is, don't listen to these folks, they are deceptive and dishonest with themselves as much as they are with their customers, and will cause you a headache in the process of trying to furnish your home. Did I mention they lied about having an item arrive in store, but told me I cannot pick it up that day for some weird reason and they will send it, only for me to call back weeks later and be told it didn't even make it into the country. Yah folks just steer clear of this people.

    This company is the worst I have ever experienced. We wanted to buy from a Canadian Company. We researched extensively for a couch to work in our newly renovated basement. We ordered a right-facing chaise sectional. Excited and eager we took it down to the basement. Once starting to set it up, we shockingly realized that it was sadly the left chaise. Calling the company, the drivers came back to our house @ 11:00 PM and disturbed our entire neighbourhood when slamming the truck and back of the truck doors. They then came in and ruined our new walls. Now the company is saying they will not give us a refund, won't pay for damages and the only way they will refund us if we get the couch out of our basement... even though it was THEIR drivers who tried and said they couldn't get it out without causing extensive damage... They came back saying they would waive the $50.00 delivery fee of the new couch.... THATS IT. How about pay for the damages of our home, give us a refund OR offer something better to keep peoples business. This is a completely TERRIBLE company with horrible customer service. Save yourself the time, money and energy. Go somewhere ELSE!

When I approached an employee I was told to order on line. So I did. How I wish I had read the other yelp reviews first. My experience the company has been nothing short of frustrating and stressful. I ordered 2 beds, 2 night stands & a mattress and billed 90 delivery fee. One bed was chronically on back order and held up the entire order for almost a month before i called customer service to ask what could be done. I was advised to cancel the out of stock bed to release the order for delivery and reorder the bed when it became available and call in to get the 2nd delivery charge refunded. Sounded reasonable. When i did I was told repeatedly 'too bad, not our policy to refund the delivery' no attempt to listen to me or try to resolve the issue. I was refused my right to speak to someone with the authority to help me. I pointed out good customer service was vital to the success of a business especially with social media, and I certainly wont give good reviews after this experience. The rep, John flippantly said. 'Go ahead, do what you think you have to' Really Structube? Ok. Here it is. People save yourself the trouble and don't buy from Structube. Wayfair.ca has just what you need and cares about their customers. As a postscript, my second bed was delivered with half the required hardware to assemble it. I've slept on my mattress on the floor 4 nights now and still waiting for the missing hardware!

What a horrendous experience from the start. When I arrived home with my mattress I notice that there was a massive piece of wood stuck in the side of the mattress. Paul Makur didn't want to do anything with the damage - he mentioned that it won't have a negative effect on the performance of the mattress . Ok so now we are 7 months into sleeping on the mattress and the side of the mattress is bulging out. I called Paul and he asked me to drive the mattress to him and he will have someone evaluate it. I told him that I need something to sleep on and how can I bring a mattress to him if I don't have a delivery truck. Paul told me that he will give me a bag to put on the mattress! How ridiculous is this. So I have to sleep on the floor until he gets a representative to visit during a global pandemic. We asked for a refund and told him to deal with the manufacturer seeing as he was the store and I bought from him - this is what Sleep Country would do. My wife tried speaking with him and he said that he is not giving us any refund for a defective and probably not authentic mattress! Our family had dealt with Paul Makur for over 20 years and spent hundreds of thousands in his store and this is how he values our business. Do yourself a favor and buy from another more reputable store that cares about their customers. I would NOT recommend anyone to Super Deal Furniture!
