She knows her merchandise, gives guests space & freedom to browse yet was right there when we needed her for questions. Utmost Customer Service, professionally polite and firm. Would recommend asking for Tay Bakshi while shopping at FM. She is EXCEPTIONAL at her work!!! Furniture Mart was the 4th store we stopped by to furniture shop. It is located at the former Super Target in Duluth off Venture Drive. They have a huge variety that we were looking for. I had a budget in mind and they had many for my taste. We agreed on leather. There were so many options. The salesman Marcus was super sweet. I took lots of pics of the ones I like. He was very helpful. My main concern was delivery and they were able to do it for a good price range. Although I did not purchase anything YET...I have to give them a shoutout for the friendly customer service, huge variety, and being open on New Years Day! We bought a mattress a little over a year ago and it is now got more waves than the Pacific! I started calling before the end of a year and left messages for Carter and never got a response! I finally walked over and caught Carter and explained the situation and he said take a photo of the tag and email it to me and I will see what I can do! When I walked out of the store he was laughing at me like I was a dumb hick! I am on a fixed income and was told this mattress would last 7 years and it has done nothing but kill my back because it squeaks and creeks every time I roll over! The delivery man took the other tag off of the mattress when he delivered it! read more

I was about to spend a lot of money today on a nice bedroom set I liked. This store only has one salesperson so it took me awhile to find someone to assist me. The salesperson finally acknowledged me then proceeded to assist people that came in the store after me. After waiting another 20 mins I gave up & walked out. Guess they don't care about good customer service or a customer about to spend a good amount of money in their store. Maybe I'll be back after they hire more associates. In the meantime, guess I'll be spending my money elsewhere. read more

Pros: FAST DELIVERY, insanely huge selection, most items are in stock (which, if you've done any furniture shopping lately, you know how insanely awesome/unbelievable that is), lots of accessories, decor, art, etc., process was easy from browsing to buying to delivering. I hate shopping, I don't like to browse and wander around stores. I especially hate furniture shopping because it kinda requires exactly that. But after moving and needing completely new furniture for over 3 weeks and having no luck online, I went to 4 furniture stores, and this was my LAST stop and the ONLY store I will be buying furniture from for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately when I visited there was *one* salesperson on the floor, the others had called out sick. So no, I didn't expect the kind of 1:1 customer service experience that some people seem to be demanding even with the labor shortage going on. But, the 2 ladies at the front counter took GREAT care of me, and I'm kicking myself for not remembering their names. I took pictures of all the items I liked, they looked them up in the system, gave me a yes/no if it was in their warehouse, and ultimately I got everything I came in to get that day, and they delivered the following Friday. Which, again, insane delivery time (the store I went to right before that said they could deliver in *September* at the earliest). ?!?! Delivery was fast and efficient, guys were nice, and they assembled everything in like 10 mins flat. Woo! I got a sectional, ottoman, coffee table, side table, and entertainment center. Super freezing in this place!!! There is a lot of good low priced items in here, but I was able to walk around the entire place without ANYONE even speaking to me,.. I was disappointed but I did see security as I was walking out. If you know what you need and want it cheap, this place is for you. read more

Bought $1800 worth of furniture and then recommended my friend to the store who purchased $3500 worth of stuff. My furniture was never delivered the first scheduled date because they "ran out of time". I then scheduled a second delivery date and once again they showed up at 5, the time I was no longer able to use the elevator. So disappointed that I came to this place. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the hassle at this place. I had to drive 25 miles back to the store for a refund . read more

I am literally sitting in the parking lot as I type this. I was in the store browsing for about 20 minutes and during that time, 4 different staff looked at me and kept walking. Bought a small sectional for a bonus room. Delivery guys brought one piece into the foyer and said it wouldn't fit. Didn't even attempt it. Never acted like they wanted to try from the beginning. I think other movers would have been able to get it there with no problem. They did refund cost of furniture but not any of the $120 they charged for delivery. Will never go there again. I wish my husband had been home to give them some tips. Very disappointed read more

Try to avoid Tilo delivering your furniture.
