DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. My wife and I just spent over $4,000+ dollars at this business and I've had the worst possible experience ever. The owner Steve puts on a smile in the beginning before you hand him your money then after you pay the service goes out the window. I just moved to San Antonio TX , from CA and I only gave this place a chance based off of the good reviews and man was I wrong. I purchased two bunk beds, a dinning room set, a dresser and night stand and some bar stools. First off I was told by the sales rep the bar stools would come in by the end of the week and it's been 3 weeks since I PAID for them and nothing, no follow up from the company & no bar stools. When they delivered everything they had to come out 3 different times because the delivery guys damaged the items 2 times and the 3 time they built the items wrong. They even left a open exposed screw that could've seriously hurt my children. Yes It gets worse after they delivered me 2 tables because the delivery team built it wrong the final one was built wrong as well and the table leaf collapsed and fell on my 4 year old son and fractured his ankle. I spent over $1,800 at the hospital. This all could've been avoided if they actually were professional and hired people that knew what they were doing. Not to mention once I paid for everything they told me "oh these are the last ones so you'll have to take the floor models" the floor models were damaged which then Steve the owner said he will have his "repair/touch up guy come out and take it look" then they have Bobby come out and touch of the scratches and chips and yes he did do a good job but when someone is paying over $4,000+ dollars you'd think you provide them with NEW quality furniture. I called multiple times and tried to resolve this and after my son was injured and in the hospital I have had enough and so I went into go see Steve the owner and of course this time no smile nor warm welcome. He didn't even have the courage to say he was sorry for what had happened to my son seeing as it was his fault by hiring people who don't know what they are doing. He then starts to cuss and tell me I'm unreasonable and that he gave me a $1000 off the kitchen table (Steve $1,000 discount doesn't mean anything to me when my son ends up in the hospital because your delivery team built the table wrong 2x and the first one was damaged and you have your touch up guy come out multiple times to cut corners for you and touch things up so you don't have to replace a table) !!!!! YOU HAVE TO BE JOKING IM UNREASONABLE LOOK AT WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH. My son has been injured (fractured his ankle from the table collapsed on him) then they left a screw open and exposed on my sons bunk bed that could've turned into a even worse situation and then on top of all of that all the furniture had to be "touched up" and wasn't in new condition at all. I missed multiple days from work because they told me they would be at my house and then never showed and I sat at home waiting for them and they never came. Then today they were supposed to go pick up my table and they came and said sorry Steve said I can't pick it up because it has damage, you have to be F*^£ing kidding me this damage was already here don't you remember Bobby had to come to my house over 3 different occasions because the furniture had pre-existing damage. Please please please I beg all of you do not get suckered into Steve or any of the sales reps , they put on a smile in the beginning and then after they change up on you so quick. Now I have damaged furniture & paid over $1800 in medical bills which was caused by this company. I called Steve and gave him multiple chances to make this right and he won't do it. So I'll see them in court and they will be hearing from my attorney soon. Go spend your money elsewhere unless you want cheap furniture and the worst service in San Antonio then this is just the place for you. I echo all the previous reviews. We've been looking at couches that were big enough for two people to lay on it. Most were over priced or not comfortable. That was until we got to Furniture Now. The salesperson wasn't annoying and helped us when we needed. We found a couch we liked for $798 which was a great price given how big of a couch we wanted. I applied for credit which took less than 10 minutes and I was able to purchase the couch on the spot. The cashier saw our couch was in the advertisement and subtracted an additional $100. It was a Saturday and they scheduled it for the next day. Only one star lost for delivery costs ($119) to deliver about a mile and a half. With that, the delivery hours are 1-7 pm and they won't give you anything but that window. When the delivery showed up, the movers quickly assembled the couch and asked us if we wanted it moved any way. A very pleasant experience. Great service from Raphael. He greeted us immediately when we came in and let us look around and discuss what we liked. The piece we liked was unfortunately being discontinued so they didn't have multiple like we were looking for. He took the requirements such as solid wood and showed us the options that they had that met the criteria. Was able to get military discount that saved us a few dollars on all three pieces and shipping as well. Shipping was only about $100, very reasonable considering it was 3-400 lbs for all three pieces. Shipping included the delivery to our 3rd floor apt and assembly. The delivery team took great care to make sure it was assembled correctly and nothing was damaged. They noticed one of the drawers on the dresser was not fitting correctly and informed me that it wasn't up to standard and would be taking that single draw to be replaced if I was ok with it. The replacement drawer was hand delivered to my door 2-3 days later. I heard the head delivery lead showing/teaching a newer mover better techniques to ensure no damage to the items/house. I am an amputee and it is not easy getting out to go shopping. Due to a sudden divorce (not my idea) I was forced to find and furnish a place on a budget. Best hidden gem of furniture stores here at San Antonio. At first glance through the door I several things that I liked right away. For the size of the store, the selection of furniture is absolutely fantastic. We were looking for a new living room set, something on pretty side, with wood work and matching coffee table plus side tables. We looked around first and found one that I loved the design, but not the color. Our salesman Michael asked it we have any questions and was able to show us an alternative color scheme to the same design I liked a lot. He was the utmost helpful: showed us other coffee and side table sets and he even went as far as comparing a leg from the armchair to the color scheme of the coffee table set! That's what I am talking about when it comes to helping your customers. Then my OCD side kicked in and I didn't like the shape of the coffee table (it was oval and I am square type of gal), but Michael was able to find a fantastic coffee table that husband and I got super excited about. It was such a perfect suggestion by him that matched the sofa set. We are absolutely grateful for his help and now thinking what else do we need for the house, so we have an excuse to go buy more furniture form this store. What we really appreciate that people here don't focus only on sales, they are there to help the customers out and the customer is the center of the attention, not how many pieces of furniture they are trying to sell you. We went to this place hoping to get furniture pretty instantly. Unfortunately the bed set we liked was not in stock, so we ordered it online. I understand that COVID impacted deliveries and such, but the lack of updates and communication from Furniture Now was unacceptable. What was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks turned into a month (of an incomplete delivery), and then the missing piece was supposed to be delivered about 2-3 weeks later and still didn't hear from them. Recently, they tried to deliver it without a delivery confirmation, so of course no one was home to receive the delivery. If I could return the whole set, I would!!!! The bed set is poor quality for the price. It seems to already be coming apart and it is super delicate. I would not recommend their services or product quality to anyone. So disappointed. read more

This by far is the best place in San Antonio to get furniture! Just like the other reviews, they're not so quick to sell furniture but there to accommodate your needs. Everyone there were helpful and knowledgeable on any questions you have. The manager Marc by far was very down to earth, helpful and gave us a great deal on a master bedroom set, kids bedroom set with an extra bed and barstools. He was not out to make money but there for us the customer to give us what we wanted at the best price. He did whatever was necessary to help the customer which is what we really liked.To top it off he was from the same hometown in......SoCal!!!!! We received most of our merchandise within 2 weeks but had to wait an extra week for our side rails because our bed had to be specially ordered, well worth the wait. First time they tried to pass along furniture from the show room floor as new but they left LITERALLY the same pamphlet writing on it and all from when I visited the store and talked to the salesman IN THE DINING TABLE DRAWER. This place has the worst customer service. They will take your money and ghost you! When I first went in, Lee, the sales person was great! He was super kind and accommodating. When my furniture was delivered, we quickly realized it was too big for my living room! Okay, I hold myself accountable for not appropriately measuring my living room. I called and informed them of the situation and was told to come back in and pick out something else. I go into the store and I was told to speak with Martin. I picked what I wanted and that's when things took a turn for the worst. Martin started to haggle with me on pricing. He informed me the difference was $100. Now I know it was just $100 but honestly, it was the same sofa but smaller. I was trying to understand why the pricing would go up. We went back and forth and he informed me that he would get back to me after he spoke to the "owner". He stated he would reach out to me the next day by 3 PM. 3 PM comes and goes. I then called the store and Martin seemed annoyed. He said oh yeah I cannot work with you on the pricing of the sofa and if you choose to get the sofa I have to charge you an extra $250 for the difference, another delivery fee, and taxes. I tell him no, I'm not willing to pay that but I will pay $200. I also let him know that I don't appreciate the feeling of him attempting to handle me. How is it when I was in the store it was only an extra $100 now it's $250 with additional fees? I told him I feel like he was trying to handle me and Martin tells me well I have no problem selling 10 sofas like that in one month and pretty much the $3000 I've spent was nothing. I told him I don't care if he sold 100 of those sofas, I won't tolerate his condescending behavior and the fact that he is now attempting to add more fees to the price. I again told him I do not appreciate him attempting to handle me and he said he'll talk to the "owner" and call me back. 2 days pass and I hear nothing so I call back. I was told that Martin took PTO and was out of town for a few days but they will take my info and have someone else call me back. Another day goes by and no one calls me. I call again and I'm told that Martin is expected to be back the next day and they will tell him to reach out. The next day comes and goes and I receive no call. So here I am with a sofa that is too large for my space and still waiting for someone to reach out. I would not recommend them to anyone.
