We have been sleeping well since our purchase, but also knowing that Cantwell's service is outstanding and they will fix any issues that could arise down the road. We found a queen size mattress that was originally nearly $2000 that was now down to under $900. We laid on it for awhile and decided this was the one we wanted. They also offered a military discount on the already discounted mattress. It was delivered today, just as they said it would be and they take took the old mattress away. We bought a matress at the Alamo Quarry location, and the sales guy assured us that if we weren't completely satisfied, that we could return it, but he never mention anything about a restocking fee or delivery fee. We paid $1,136.00 cash and when we received the matress, it was very lumpy and so so uncomfortable, It felt and looked like it was a used matress. We only slept on it one night and it was the most uncomfortable sleepless night ever. So my husband called the store to see if we could return it and get our money back so we could further look into other mattresses. And he said we absolutely have to wait 30 days, however when we were making the cash purchase, he did not once mention we had to wait 30 days, so we kept it for 30 days but did not sleep on it, luckily we still our old matress and used that one. Also he never once mention that if we weren't completely satisfied to return it , that there would be a restocking and pick up fee of $300.00, so they did put the remaining $800.00 in our bank account , but still $300.00 short. Threat: A statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action. I made no threats. I simply shared my experience with the public after having been treated so poorly. BECAUSE I was waiting on a response, I answered calls from unknown numbers. I received no calls, and have no voicemail messages from Billy Bob's owner. So I stand by what my original review said: BUYER BEWARE. You will be happy UNLESS and UNTIL you have a problem. I would also add that if Billy Bobs is now leaving their floor models on the floor to the point that a firm mattress feels and is spoken of as being plush, there's no way to know what you are truly taking home. This was not the case with my other 3 purchases. So I suggest that you lay on your mattress before taking it out of the plastic to prevent the same thing from happening to you. You can see from her response to my review that Billy Bobs will do nothing to rectify the situation. While it is not how or what I wanted the response to be, and while I find it sad that I received a response ONLY after trying to warn others, I now have a response and you the potential buyer have the story.
