The value at any Burlington is good. That is not my complaint. The organization and customer service is, however. Can never find anyone. Lines long sometimes during the week. Always long on the weekends and after you have spent an hour trudging through things all over the walkways and searching for assistance to no avail, waiting in a long line is not an ideal final step there. Also problematic is the sad fact that there is no reliable way to know if they have something that another location has, and sometimes even when I call ahead, they do not have what they claim to have had. So selection is sometimes good, but it is pretty random. One way to look at this is as a treasure hunt, but not always in the mood for hunting! Are the good deals worth the physical stress? Next, should I choose to accept my mission, have to ask every time I see something I want that, yes, is a great deal, whether when coupled with the long line awaiting me at the finish line, is this still such a great deal? read more

This used to be my favorite Burlington but I just can't stand walking into Burlington's anymore. I hate the downsizing. Everything is so crowded. I don't like the new stores so I thought this store would be way better but I was wrong. I got overwhelmed being here because everything is so close together. I kept having to walk around because I didn't fit with my shopping cart in most places or there just wasn't space to walk into certain areas when other people were there. I used to like how things were sectioned off. You'd walk to one side and it was kids clothes, then you'd find the toys or whatever but now it's all basically stacked together. There is really no organization. They downsized to save money (I assume) and they never have any employees on the floor. There's always just 2 people at the register read more

And to add insult to injury, employees are rude as hell and snappy. Y'all...I get you're overworked and underpaid. I am too and it sucks. Eh the store is alright. Half the store is blocked off and empty but other than the they have some alright stuff but my main problem is I use contactless payment any and everywhere. The information you see displayed when you're looking on google maps or even on Yelp says contactless payment but nope, they don't offer it. Bah this store is still the dumps. I keep hoping they will clean up their act. No employees to be found aside from one guy merchandising in his casual street clothes. The fitting rooms are disgusting. The shelves and racks are bare and disorganized. Notes on shelves from what seems to be management pointing out merchandising flaws. The store makes the retail manager in me cringe. I keep returning because of my love for what I know this store can be and because my husband can consistantly find clothes in their big and tall section for work. I usually don't have a problem shopping here but this last time I came here today looking for a gift for my friends birthday. The store has consolidated and doesn't seem to have as much anymore. But depending on when you go you might find some good finds. I was pretty offended how they had their undercover shopper following after me after not being in the store for more than 10 minutes. I was looking at the bag which I always go to first and always end up buying a bag when I really don't need it.. but anyways She maybe had two items in her hand and was walking around on her phone. She look young but still old enough to work.typical look when working undercover . Because I've done the same job because I look way younger than my actual age. when being in the store for half an hour being followed down every aisle I was looking. Maybe she finally realized I wasn't there still anything. I seen her again with no items in her hand acting like she's on her phone. Not doing a very good job as far as being under cover. Or maybe because I've done the job before so I know.I already knew what was happening and I was going to confront her to let her know I have money and I wasn't stealing. But I didn't feel like being bothered after all the times that I shopped here and I always spend over $100 being followed in the store is not something I feel comfortable with and profiling me especially being black woman. Again I left there spending over $100. And nice enough to still return my shopping basket to the front. Burlington is my go to place when I need something quick & cheap. Whether that be curtains, shoes, or workout clothes you'll definitely find it at Burlington & all at a really good price. That being said this Burlington is so EMPTY & unkept. Compared to other Burlington locations this one felt like a ghost town. I quickly walked through the store to find a shoe rack & proceeded to the checkout line. As soon as the cashier was finished ringing up my item I was out the door. Hopefully improvements will be made to this location soon. read more

Would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Cashier (Adrianna) was rude and unhelpful, as was her manager (I don't recall his name). I purchased some baby bottles that turned out to be faulty, at a different Burlington location. At the time of purchase they took my phone number "should I need to return any of the items". So, when I went to return the bottles to this location I didn't think to take the receipt with me. Well, they couldn't pull up my phone number and I was told they would not exchange the item and it was all but implied that I had not paid for the item. Note; I didn't want a refund, just an exchange of the faulty item. I won't shop here ever again. All over a $15 set of baby bottles. read more

Just waited in line for 45 mins. 20 mins into my wait I hopped out of line and asked the manager why she was not helping her employees to check people out and she told me. She has been at work since 3.. Granted it was only 9pm. So she has been at work for 6 hours as a "manager" and she said "I haven't even had a lunch break". I've done retail and hospitality and I know Texas law states that every 8 hour shift gets a 30 min break. This type of professionalism is ridiculous and it starts from the top. Besides the millions of coats they have @ Burlington they also have a good selection of clothes. I think It has one of the largest selection of men's clothes in town. I buy most of my son's clothes here, because of the quality, and price. I buy most my clothes here because they a nice selection of causal big and tall clothes. From 3X-6X not that I wear a 6X, but someone reading this may wear a 6x or know someone that does. Most of the clothes are brand named. I always find what I am looking for in some way, shape. or form, and at a great price. They also have some nice women's clothes; my wife always finds nice tops and accessory's for her. I gave them four stars, because you have to go @ certain times. The best times to go are Tues-Thurs evening, and Friday mornings. If you go on the weekends it's a mad house, and can never find anyone to help you. Don't go on Saturday afternoon clueless what your looking for, because you won't find it. read more

Like most clothing store outlets, most items didn't sell in the major department store for a reason. They have dings, have smells, labelled improperly, stitched funny, you could create a long list of imperfections. But hey, I'm not complaining! I love Burlington's! This place sells everything the entire family could benefit from. Sure some of the selections prints can be extremely "loud". Some of the toys look used, but for the most part everything is $5 cheaper than the department stores would sell them for. We found a ton of great toys to give as gifts for my daughters birthday party all for less than $5 each. There's a ton of Disney items like Cars, Toy Story, Tangled and Princesses. Not to mention the extremely over stocked selection of affordable baby gear! What a find. I always buy baby shower items here. You ll find the same thing (Carter's) for $4 or pay $10 at Kohl's, Macy's or Target (the exact same print!). I even found an ENTIRE crib set I could only find on line ($190) for less than $120! I didn't even have to pay for shipping or wait for my items! This store is 4 stars in my book. I don't care if the staff hates their job or their bathrooms are filthy (automatic star deduction). First things first- this store is severely dated and long overdue for some sort of modernization remodel. That aside, it is a fairly large location with a lot of inventory. Browsing around I've seen shoes that I've purchased at other stores (i.e. DSW) here for literally a fraction of the cost. $99.99 shoes for $39.99 and thats without having to spend time searching around for coupon codes, etc. The staff is friendly and the lines at checkout move fairly fast. Wish they would implement a rewards program to reward frequent shoppers. read more

A great place to find great deal. It has almost everything for gifts. I highly recommend for a baby shower because they had a variety of beautiful baby clothes that are top notch. I also recommend buying bras because they have a huge selection of all sizes and styles. I bought four bras. Yeah new wardrobe! read more

I love Burlington! They have great prices. I didn't necessarily want to give a bad review for this, but the cashier coughed into her hand and then wiped her nose as she rang up the people in front of me. I was petrified to step up to the counter as I didn't sign up to receive a cold from my visit here. I actually considered not going forward with my purchase. It was absolutely revolting. But I wanted my stuff :( I couldn't slather on enough hand sanitizer as I left and I threw everything in the washer as soon as I got home. She was older too, she should have known better. In retrospect I should have said something, but my god, why on earth would anyone have to remind a grown adult of personal hygiene in their workplace for common courtesy? read more

Prices are comparable to places like Walmart. But don't expect to see any sales associates helping customers or answering questions. And most importantly, I have shopped Burlington three different times and each time the wait has ranged from half-hour to one hour at the checkout line. Each time, it was clear that not all registers were open. It seemed like the store manager (or whoever was managing the register area) didn't seem to care at all that the lines were exceedingly long. So I suggest that if you really want to shop here, shop in pairs. Enter the checkout line as soon as you get in the store and have your friend shop while you navigate the checkout queue. OMG! Lets just say that I ordered the same item not once, but twice. Not only did I get the same wrong item in the shipment all over again, but the second of the exact SAME ITEM came in the form of a bag full of a bunch of random 2X ladies bras, Medium Pajama Bottoms, etc. A bunch of mismatched ugliness attached to the invoice that clearly states the item ordered and NOT the trash I received. The store itself is great, which is why I shop there. But forget about online ordering. Someone working in sorting must hate their job or something. If I hadn't written to customer service at the same time of the order siting my new order and the issues I had with the last one, that would be one thing. My husband and I came here for a suit jacket. There was an employee walking by us with a customer and I asked her if there was anyone that could help us. She said she is with a customer and it might be a while (because the customer was blind) and that was no problem with us. We were willing to wait. After about 30 minutes, I asked another man if someone else could help us. He took me to his manager, Raul. I explained we have been waiting for 30 minutes. He said the man she is helping is blind so no one could help us. I asked if she could step away just for a minute to measure my husband and someone else help the man for a minute and he said no. I said you cant stand with him for a minute while she helps us? He said with an belittling attitude, "Well I am about to go work a register." and walked away. I called out to him we are ALL customers and all deserve to be helped. After another 10 minutes, it appears he took my suggestion and stood with the man as the original employee came over to measure my husband. She apologized and said she thought he had helped us and apologized for the wait. The only reason this store is getting ANY stars is because of Angelica. She provided better customer service than the manager! Thank you, Angelica for going above and beyond for all the customers! I went to this store to purchase a coat for my job. Two coats in a row that I took off the rack had no buttons. I thought this is strange maybe it's a new style or something. So I kept looking through the rack and found the same brand coats with buttons. Is the product that you sell sooooooo cheap or is there a gang of button thieves in your store. I probably won't go back. In fact I'm positive I won't. Also, your store was very trashy. I could understand if it were the day after Black Friday, but it was Saturday morning and you had just opened up. Very sad. Your manager should and everyone in the store should be retrained. read more
