Response to my first post prompted a response from several at Denver Mattress. The District Manager was very professional and eager to make our experience pleasant. The staff member remembered my name and had even told another staff member to look out for me, just in case he was busy. The delivery was 2 days from purchase. Lost a star in the review because on their phone messages the time was listed as 10 am to 12 pm MOUNTAIN standard time (11 am to 1 pm central time) and the guys showed up at 10:30 am central.
