We just moved to Moreno Valley and needed furniture. This was close to home so we checked it out. It's a little cluttered and disorganized, but the staff was kind and friendly. They stayed open an extra hour for us (though, we were buying 4 sofas). Credit was easyish. Prices should be more prominent. It took a long time to find the price of anything. This store gets a minus one rating. To begin this awful experience when I walked in and stood around while a customer complained Furniture Palace sent them the wrong product that later said they sent them what they had in stock instead of what they order I should have ran not walked back to my car and went some place else. But I wanted to support the local business and I fell in love with the Leather Italia sofa. I was told this was some of the best leather there is. I purchased two couches and they were set up I notice that One sofa was shinny and the other one was dull. After several calls and several appointment missed. They finally came over and took pictures. In about three weeks I got the replacement furniture. I starter to notice a tear on one of the cushions and I notice the head rest on one of the seats started to become discolored. I started to examine all of the seats. There were little specks of discoloration on several cushions. After several calls and several appointments missed they finally came over to take pictures of the tear on the cushion and the places of discoloration. After several calls and messages left I finally dropped by the store. I spoke with a gentleman there who was suppose to be the store manager. He told me leather Italia will not honor the warranty He said the tear on one of the cushion is due to the pressure of weight and when that seat reclines it causes the leather to. Rub against the seat next to it and causes it to tear. The discoloration of the leather is from some kind of hair product. Now mind you there are several spots in areas where no one's head would ever be. And to top it off this was all done over the phone. He said Leather Italia did not provide them with any thing in writing. This is a warning to everyone reading this post that might want to support this company and community business. RUN..... THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. They have force me to take this to another level just so they can honor the warranty. read more

I had a great experience at this place! I came in just to look and ended up getting a mattress and a really nice dining table set. Super happy and excited! They delivered it nicely and it turned out great. Of course furniture ain't cheap but they have some good deals going on and I couldn't refuse. The employees were nice and they had a sense of humor lol. I recommend this place. read more

This is a horrible place to shop. I went to find a bedroom set...should have known something wasn't right due to the emptiness of the store. Cindy was a very sweet person and helped me find the bed I wanted " she sweetly sales you a lie" there service with delivery is not A+ first they delivered and didn't assemble my bed or table or the dresser I bought. The first delivery they just dropped my stuff in my living room and left..they broke my table and I was told they would return on Monday this day was Friday Monday comes... second delivery My table break again because like the delivery guy said " it's cheap" and they thought of putting a nail or screw in it to give it to us..but I wasn't accepting it. They assembled my bed which was 2 hours to complete after they leave without assembling my dresser or table...it's now Wednesday and my table is still not assembled nor my dresser..NEVER SHOP HERE!!! RUN!! I would give this store a negative 5 stars my service was 50 shades of hell.. read more

Long but worth the read before shopping here If I could give no stars I would. We ordered from this place and got thousands of dollars worth of furniture from them. We thought we were getting a good deal since that is what the sales lady told us......come to find out when showing family our new couch that was apparently $799 and she gave to us for $599 since we took floor model was actually only $498 on Ashley furniture. I immediately called and was told that the store did price matching and the sales person would call to work out a "credit" on top of the price match since it wasn't a new couch. I received the call the next day and was told since it was a floor model they would price match to the $498 as well as give me $100 credit towards my chairs that were on back order for our new table. Fast forward a few days (convenient that delivery was after there 72 hour return policy) and the invoice only showed the $100 credit. I asked why and was told that was never stated and I misunderstood her. (So basically calling me a liar) told her I had the conversation recorded and she hung up on me. I called back and she apparently wasn't there and I was once again hung up on when I said I wouldn't sign for the furniture and was cancelling my order. I felt bad for the delivery guy and so he advised to write that I was not happy on the invoice and that the issue would be resolved tomorrow. I now am stuck with this furniture since I "signed" for it and my couch wasn't even wrapped so it sat for 3 days on the floor and has new marks on it from people sitting on it and touching it. Nothing these people promised or said would happen happened. I asked to talk to manager and was told at 630pm it was too late to call him but apparently not too late to have my furniture delivered......I can't believe a place would treat any customer this way let alone a disabled veteran who served our country. I would NEVER do business with these people and would advise anyone who is looking here to stay FAR AWAY. I would have given them a 5 star review had they kept their word at any point in this transaction!!!!!!! Or if they make things right like I was told they would before they hung up on me the second time. read more

I went in to buy a full set couch, loves eat, and recliner. When I purchased the set they did not have the set in store but in the books. I was told by the girl I worked with "that's a great set you'll love it!!!" Less then 60 days after delivery this set is falling apart, and we weren't even home 3 weeks out of that time, do to Poor manufacturering and the store refuses to let me return it to exchange for something else of better quality. They had the same girl come to my house to look at were it's falling apart and she says "the company is a low budget company and you get what you pay for." The only help they are willing to provide is to send the couch back to the manufacturer and maybe they will replace with the safe crappy stuff. Beware this company will take your money and run. I'm now working directly with my finance company to hopefully get a refund and get something a bit better in quality. I hope you think twice about going to furniture palace you will be screwed if anything goes wrong even on day one. read more

I purchased a sofa set with accent chair for $1200 they told me that they will only do a curb side drop off delivery meaning they will not bring it in my house or set it up. I first thought well ok I'll bring it in my self and screw the legs on. I get the furniture bring it in my house and started to put the legs on the love seat realized it required a drill. Started putting the legs on unwrapped the sofa now and realized that the love seat and accent chair was correct but they brought me the incorrect sofa. Called Jessica and told her that I was delivered the wrong sofa she told me someone will be out to take it back. Long story short they were really hard to work with after THEY made the error to send the wrong couch. I had to drive on my lunch from Ontario to accommodate their schedule to get the correct couch in my house. I couldn't get the legs on as it required a drill. On the day they brought my correct couch they made me pay an additional 65 dollars to bring the correct couch into my house and put the legs on when in the beginning it was their fault for delivering the wrong couch. I would think by them completely messing up my order that they would have good enough customer service to bring the couch in and drill the legs on. When I disagreed with the 65 Jessica called the driver in the middle of him being nice to help me and told him to stop doing what he was doing and come back to the store until I give them 65 so because I didn't have a choice I ended up paying 65 to move my own couch into my house. Basically I paid 65 for someone to put legs on my couch. I will never do business with them again! No customer service at all!! On top of it there was a hole in my couch and it was missing a screws !!! read more
