A lot of their pieces are really unique -- definitely not the typical stuff you see at big-box places like Ashley Furniture. They also have some really fun, unique lamps that caught my eye -- way more personality than what you usually find elsewhere. I purchased a few of her candles and I LOVE them. They smell amazing and I would go back just to get some more candles. I purchased a beautiful dining room table set, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The table feels sturdy and well‑crafted. The light‑fabric chairs were the part I was most nervous about, but they're gorgeous -- modern, comfortable, and surprisingly durable. What really stood out was the helpful guidance given to me on how to care for the fabric. She walked me through simple, practical tips to keep the chairs looking new, including which gentle cleaners to use, how to spot‑treat spills quickly, and how often to rotate the chairs to keep wear even. It made me feel confident about choosing a lighter color. The delivery was smooth and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. This place has very cheap furniture that they refuse to back up. Our furniture was nowhere near the quality we expected when we ordered it and they failed to respond to email attempts and refused to help us when we went to the store inquiring about what our options were. The lady was absolutely unprofessional and rude, she didn't care about the fact that we were unhappy and told me to "go ahead and post a review, they don't matter." The shop is around by one lady and she is arrogant and entitled and thinks the world owes her... I hope selling a product that she can't back up really makes her proud read more

We went to a variety of places in the area and many of them had decent prices for what we were looking for. However, once we identified this place it was an easy decision as they had the best prices hands down. I bought a very beautiful bed set with new mattress for a great price the lady who helped me and my husband helped us choose the right mattress for us since we had back problems due to old mattress she was very knowledgeable and not pushy like other stores we went to. Very bad experience!!! Bad customer service :((( Yesterday we went to the store after driving 57 miles from Cypress OC. We came based on the manager store promise to my husband over the phone about price match and faster delivery she provided. She told us that she is doing price match including tax and delivery as long as it is in writing. We brought to her the written confirmation we had from the other store that included the tax and delivery ( delivery from that store will take 4 weeks and she told us she can do it in 2.5 weeks that's why we came to her!!! bad mistake!!!). She called the other store and got the confirmation about the price we had in writing. She told us that her total price will be $1491 while the other store was $1475. We said $20 extra is not a big deal since we drove all this distance!!! When she gave us the receipt after charging I was shocked she charged us $1591. Extra $100!!! I told her about what I thought a mistake but she said no this is the price and if you don't want to buy that's fine . She was trying to cancel the deal because she wasn't happy about the price match!! We told her we drove 57 miles and now you told us that !!! Why you didn't say that on the phone!!! No answer from her !!! She didn't even tried to resolve the issue. Not a trusty lady and above that unprofessional ! she didn't care about us at all and let us leaving her store mad, wasn't a problem with her causing us all this troubles. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a grey headboard and because the room was getting paint and new carpet it wasn't ready to be set up so I didn't open it at the time of delivery. When I did open it a couple weeks later I noticed it was green instead of grey. I called the store and basically the owner said I should have checked it when they delivered it so it's my fault and she wouldn't take it back. Ridiculous. Will never shop there again. I went in late one night and they took their time explaining to me the style, construction and process of receiving the bedroom set in from the wholesaler. You'd think, near closing and discussing a product they could not sell that night, that they would be ready to go home but they were not. To buy this one bedroom set I went three different times. Each time they had a no pressured sell. They gave me options each time...even options that would have cut their profit by $600 and they were still just as pleasant & helpful (even w/ the prospect of making less money). Everyone's experience is different, but here is my review after sleeping on this particular bed frame for over 4 months. Everything was great at first, frame seemed nice and firm. After the first two weeks, I started to notice I had lower back pain and could not sleep comfortably through the night. Long story short, after changing mattresses three times, multiple X-rays and doctor visits, chiropractor visits, and several physical therapy sessions I decided to remove the box spring. This made a little difference. Still, was not able to sleep through the night and continued to have lower back pain until I went out of town and spent the night at a friends house. When I slept on their well supported bed, I had a good nights rest and my lower back pain was not as intense. I then decided to take a look at the bed frame and notice there was absolutely no support. The pieces of wood (just three) that came in the box when I purchased this bed frame were not enough to support anyone (and I only weigh 120 lbs). There was no support towards the headboard section and I no support going up the middle. Three small single pieces of wood that they sent is suppose to be enough to provide proper support? The furniture store did not provide any wood slats. Which with this type of bed frame you are suppose to have wood slats. Needless to say, $480 down the drain in addition to all my medical bills ($800+) is not worth it. All because of this cheaply made bed that provided absolutely no support. Oh and good luck trying to find slats that actually fit. I purchased slats for a Queen size bed hoping to fix this issue and they did not fit. The bed frame is off by a couple of inches from what Queen bed frame should be. I tried to have someone pull the bed frame apart and try to readjust it and no difference. Very cheaply made bed frame. I went over to the store and spoke to a lady and let her know what was going on. All I wanted was for them to sell me the correct bed frame slats. Instead, the lady refused to help, told me that she had never sold me that bed, and refused REFUSED to let me buy the correct slats. Her response was "There nothing I can do for you" then she wants to tell me that they never sold that type of bed frame and changed her story and said it was discontinued. They also mentioned that they never ordered that bed frame so in other words they sold me the display. Please for anyone out there thinking about buying anything from this place... go to a legitimately furniture store and spend $200 more for a decent frame. read more

I'll make this review honest and very detailed...if I could give zero stars that would be my choice as this place doesn't even deserve one star. Anyways, back in March of 2016 my partner purchased a bed...a nice looking bed I might add however, after a few weeks on the bed set with a brand new mattress and box spring purchased from Macy's, she began to have severe hip and back pain. She was able to replace the mattress thinking it was the cause of all her pain...and again the pain persisted and was getting worse. She began treatment with a chiropractor, physical therapist and had numerous appointments with her primary care physician racking up the medical bills and missing work because if this. The second mattress she purchased was returned and she then bought another mattress....now she's on her third mattress within month or so after purchasing this "nice looking bed set." Upon her purchase of this bed set, she was told a box spring wasn't needed, her being told this information by the guy that sold her this bed set, she assumed the pain was coming from using the box spring on this particular type of bed set...nope she was wrong the pain continued to get worse. I just recently went into the store to talk to someone about the structure of the bed...from the head board to the first slat there is literally a 20 inch gap offering absolutely no support. I ended up speaking to a woman who said she and her family owns the store. I simply was looking for help...but her response was this..."Your partner purchased a cheaply made bed...she spent no more than $150 on this bed if it only has 3 slats." I showed the lady a picture of the bed and the issues with the slats...she tried to tell me that this particular bed was never sold at her store...and that they have never once ordered or had it as a floor model. After texting my partner to find out what she paid for the bed and her being uncertain of the actual price (she remembered anywhere from $380-$420) I had the lady look up her information in the system. It was then shown that my partner paid and was charged $415 for this "cheaply made bed." The lady then tried to go back on what she was saying about the price of the "cheaply made bed" and said well this is purchased from china and we only mark it up a certain percentage...ok so now she knows the real price of what her store charged my partner. I was still trying to get help about the slats and what she as the "professional" recommends about this bed having NO support what so ever. Her recommendation was to "attempt to contact the manufacturer in China and see about ordering extra slats...she did mention that this would be at the cost of my partner and that she wasn't responsible for this IF they can even get more slats for this bed...or to modify the bed with wood from Home Depot...but to be careful about the wood because it's is cheaply made." Needless to say, this lady, her sons, and whoever else works in this store lied...they lied to my partner, they lied to me and will continue to lie just to make a sale. Buyers beware of this furniture store...as I was walking out she pleaded for me and my partner not to be upset with her about this...and to not leave any negative reviews. I ordered a mattress on Friday online that was out of stock. They got the mattress delivered to the store the following Monday then put it on the truck for delivery that Monday afternoon! I needed that mattress for a last minute out of town guest and they really exceeded my expectations:-) The delivery guys were nice, helpful, and even took away the plastic debris with them. We will definitely be looking to use this store and their delivery service in the future when it's time to replace our other old worn mattresses. Oh, and if you want to sleep on the most comfortable mattress ever check out the MBC Caribbean Dream! We stayed at a friend's house and they had it in their guest room.... Apparently everyone absolutely loves coming to visit and stay there because the mattress is just that comfy... And now we have one too :-) read more

I was a customer looking for a bed for my sisters, found what I thought was a perfect bed so I placed the order got a call to pick up the bed get there it was the wrong bed.The mgr. Shirley is trying to convince me this is what I ordered which I had a pic I took in my phone so now i just want a refund which she was not willing to give so I say forget it and replace the order of the full bedroom set (not a bright idea,I know) I was told that week my furniture was there and when could I pick it up also if it wasn't picked up by Thursday I would inquire storage fees.The reason i opted to pick up my own bedroom set was because although I stay 5 mins. from the store it was a $45 delivery fee w/ no assembly.(I was told they don't assemble then told she gave her assemble team a 7 day weekend) So i get there Thursday to pick up my own furniture with a friend we get it home situate the boxes to start to assemble my bed when I find it is yet again the wrong set of furniture(complete WRONG set). I call the store which is now closed for the day and leave a message to call me back and that this is not what I ordered. I get a call back from the owner/mgr/salesperson Shirley saying this is what i ordered needless to say she says she will do me a courtesy and order the new set but i will need to bring the wrong set back and can pick up my new set...WOW never again will I ever spend another dollor in that store... read more
