If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Their customer service is horrible. The service tech did not show up on the day of our service and gave me the run around all day lying to me as to why he was not here. Then when I called the manager to complain. He informed me his tech had never lied a day in his life and put the blame back on me. I would NEVER used this company for any type of repair. read more

December 2022 I had a Restoration Hardware chair ( damaged by puppy) and 5 antique petite Windsor chairs with loose spindles delivered to the Furniture Pros upholstery department. I am 65 years old with recovery from broken shoulder so I hired a delivery company to drop chairs off at Furniture Pros in Asheville. On that day of delivery I requested paperwork for quote/estimate for repair work. Bryan Fore (CEO) responded days later to inform me he does not do written quotes and that I was the first person to ever request one. An employee by the name of Ruth tried unsuccessfully over the next few weeks to acquire paperwork for my job to no avail from Fore (CEO). Upon belabored requests Fore (CEO) informed me that the Restoration Hardware chair could not be spot repaired but required an extensive whole chair reupholster job. With the guidance of Restoation Hardware I discovered where and how to purchase appropriate leather for this chair's repair. I would need a Trade person to complete the order. Fore (CEO) informed he would reach out to his design team regarding this order. With the help of Moore/Giles I supplied Fore (CEO) with sku and all pertinent information regarding the desired leather. A few days later Fore (CEO) sent me a video of his hands waving leather swatches over my chair saying 'this is what we got in.....' I was confused since I had supplied Fore (CEO)with all the information needed. Upon further photographic examination of the video I discovered Fore (CEO) was presenting Carroll leather to me in place of the Moore/Giles I requested. I requested an explanation for his failed attempt at slide of hand and told that Moore/Giles was too expensive. I was paying for the leather so I am capable of making decisions. With insistence for an explanation after receiving quote for Carroll leather at approx $1700 for leather and $1000 for his labor his wife April Galagan Fore ( vice president and lead at F.S.Designgroup admitted it was her decision to use her choice of leather. At this point I declined to have my RH chair repaired at Furniture Pros and Bryan Fore (CEO). That left me laboring for a quote on repairing loose spindles on the five Winsor chairs. Fore quoted $250 per chair with no explanation of the actual work. My husband I have requested explanation along with photos of the chairs to be met with more random charges for design time on the phone with Moore/Giles, design fee for his wife April Galagan Fore ( F.S. Designgroup), cleaning fee and delivery fee of $600. Then a charge for not using Furniture Pros for the job or his choice of leather! None of which I requested or agreed to from the off start Of this adventure .;All of this comes with a notice he Fore does not take credit cards so he is requesting before we can receive our chairs a cash deposit transfer to his bank. The Fore's will not be receiving a cash deposit wire transfer to their bank. Nor do we agree to these charges. Moore/Giles have provided me with an artisan to repair my chair with the cost of leather coming in around $850 compared to Fore and Fore for approx $1700 for Carroll leather. I want to pick up.my chairs asap. It is now mid February 2023. I have another company waiting for my RH chair to begin repairs. I feel my chairs are being held hostage. * I bought the Restoaration Hardware chair for my relief sitting with broken shoulder issues. At this rate it seems that Fore and Fore have boundary issues mistaking my property as their property. The Windsor chairs are heirlooms which belong for almost 70 years in the family home here in NC I am renovating. To be continued..... update: My husband has informed that Fore (CEO) has agreed to credit card use for a charge on the Windsor chairs which we have not see photos of repairs. Then Fore called back to inform him that he had disassembled my Restration Hardware chair to clean. The chair is suede which should. e. leaned with steel wool not disassembled. I did not know of a cleaning nor agree to that service. Also he claimed to have an agreement with me prior to delivery of $125 an hour for labor. No we did not have an agreement on $125 an hour for anything. He says he will provide photos tomorrow of my disassembled $5000 chair from Restoration Hardware. This is very sad. . read more

I recently moved, and while trying to get the couch through the door, the movers ripped the arm and also damaged a leg. This was a favorite couch that I'd had for over 20 years and I didn't want to get it completely reupholstered. Errol came and fixed both the upholstery and the leg and it's impossible to tell either was ever damaged. He was on time, professional, and safety conscious.
