I bought a tall dresser and a nightstand and was able to get it delivered that very same day which was really awesome and convienant. These guys are professional and courteous. They don't follow you around and are always there if you have a question. He also gave me a really good deal on my 2 pieces. They will work with your budget and they have good quality pieces. Bought two brown rocker-recliners around Thanksgiving, "Ashley" furniture. The floor model felt great and comfortable. The two recliners were delivered in less than a week, and set up in my home by the delivery team. The one I sit in was fine but didn't feel as comfortable or as high a quality as the one in the store. The other chair meant for guests, is clearly defective, and when in normal seating position it leans forward, even when you sit all the way back, eliminating the rocking feature. This also makes the recline function strange, and closing the footrest is near impossible while sitting in the chair. The footrest lock automatically disengages. I called to let them know that I wanted it repaired or replaced, and they keep coming up with excuses about not having the right container from shipping or having a delivery crew out this way to take a look at it. They have been promising me for the last 4 months they would rectify and fix this issue I never get a return phone call. I rarely have complaints about any business or service unless it is truly unacceptable. I'm a very patient man but this is ridiculous. read more

I have bought furniture at many places over my life including large stores such as Ashley, Becks and even Levitz in the old days. They were very patient with me as I picked out enough furniture to fill a two bedroom condo. They're free delivery and prices on name brand furniture was awesome to say the least. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING HERE!! Worst quality furniture store in town. I purchased a sofa set and dining room set 12 months ago. With normal usage, 3 of 6 dining set chairs having fallen apart. My couches are deteriorating, the fabric quality are horriffic. I spent $2000 on a couch and it's already coming undone. They also tried to pass the showroom model as a new couch when they delivered it. I had called them out and they were not sorry or offered a discount. Very unhappy customer!!! read more

This was our first time here and we went here specifically because of the reviews we saw on yelp. Jim was a great salesman and not pushy at all. We told him we wanted and he sure is exactly the types of couches that would suit our needs. I'll give these guys two stars as they at least acknowledged me, which is more than I can say for Century Furniture. However, I received a Hello, then after I told them what I was looking for, I was pointed in the direction of what area they would have the type of love seats I was looking for, and then that was about it. Was never approached again, I looked around, couldn't see where the sales staff was, so out the door I went. Century Furniture was worse, no acknowledgement when I entered their store, however, Legacy furniture was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Approached as soon as I walked in, told them what I was looking for, they showed me where they had that type of furniture, checked back with me, and even showed me a catalog of what they could get for me that they didn't have in their store, but was comparable to what I had found, but in a different color. These other stores need to take a lesson in Customer Service from Legacy. read more

Im going to be straight and to the point here. My and Wife and I bought a Dinning Room Table, Sectional Couch, Rug and a Painting. First I'll start out by saying the store is clean and friendly, good customer service. OK...When the Delivery guys brought the stuff and set it up everything was fine till the couch, pieces wouldn't fit together. So, they left the stuff there and few days later came back with a new piece, that didn't work either. I talked to Mike (onwer) and he personally came to my house to see the problem, mike wasn't happy either. Mike did everything in his power to make my wife and I happy. Mike told me I will have all new stuff delivered to u in a week, and he did. than I told him I want to buy and extra piece for the couch, that was delivered as well, mike personally called me when the delivery guys were setting up my couch to see if I was happy, And I am. he also said for my trouble that that extra piece I wanted was free for my trouble. Josh the delivery Driver and set-up man worked extremely hard and was great thru the whole process. See the point is, is that sometimes stuff happens and it's about what you do after it happens that matters the most. Mike and his employees where great! We purchased a 6 piece bonded leather sectional about 4 years ago. We paid just short of $2000. This sectional has begun to tear and wear out. I notified the store with my concerns about the lack of quality and durability of the sectional and was wanting to replace part of the sectional that was wearing out. The person at the store asked us to get a name of the brand on the sectional which we could not locate. I then visited the store with my receipt and they did not even have a make or model on the receipt and could not tell me if they even have it in stock anymore, without even seeing it. I did show them detailed photos, and they insisted on me to get the model. They could not even to offer to come to the house and see for themselves. Complete lack of customer service. The store has signage all over claiming guaranteed low prices and price matching and no reference to quality and guaranteed quality. Now I know why. I will not ever visit this store again. read more

Went in today for a new set of couches for our living room. I'm a very picky person especially when it comes to furniture shopping, so I had to walk around their store 3-4x comparing different sofas to see which one fits mine and my husband's "taste". I didn't get the lady's name but she was very patient with us (or I should say with me). I kept asking a lot of questions, going back and forth between different sofas, and just basically spent 2 hours trying to figure out which is best. But she was so patient, and was able to answer each questions we had. She's the reason why I'm giving this store a 5 star, if you know how picky I am then you'd understand. Plus our son kept running around the whole store and was loud, but it didn't seem to bother them. Also, they got many choices and we ended up buying a recliner couch and a beautiful round accent sofa (for myself) lol. We had purchased a dining room set here before and had such a great experience that we later came back and bought a dresser for one of our children. The staff here is excellent, professional, and kind. They are not like most stores where the sales person hovers and passively aggressively guilts you into a purchase. This place is great. I needed a new dresser so I came here. This is my second time buying something here. I bought a California king bed here before and remember a good experience. The store is large and clean and they have a huge selection of everything. They had so many beautiful dressers that it was hard to choose. They let me look around without being invasive. When I narrowed it down to two I asked the prices and one of them had a little ding on it that I did not even notice until it was pointed out. It was the floor model and it was significantly cheaper. I sat there thinking about it and he went down another $100 and I bought it. I like that they are willing to negotiate. I was paying cash right then and there so I wanted a deal. They wrote me up and set up delivery for the next day between 2pm and 4pm. The delivery is free which is great. I live upstairs and there are some places that charge for that and they don't. The delivery went smoothly. The next day I got a call from Steve at 1:30 asking if I got my dresser and I said no and told him the time we arranged. and he asked if I was home and if I wanted it now. I said of course and 10 minutes later they were at my door ready to bring my dresser upstairs. They asked me where i wanted it and I showed them and they set it up for me and were done in 20 minutes. This was very quick and painless and I will go here for all my future furniture needs. read more

Their showroom furniture looks very nice, but the product they delivered to our house was of very poor quality. First, I custom ordered a beautiful sectional. It arrived several weeks later and they delivered it free of charge. It had a very strong scent that made my eyes burn. I tried to air it out, but the scent would not dissipate. I asked them to come get it a couple of weeks later. At first they refused, but after talking with the manufacturer, they agreed to take it back and gave us store credit. We picked out a different couch from a different manufacturer. When they delivered it a week later, I could see right away it was not the same couch. It was a different color. I decided the color was not an issue, and I accepted it anyway. It also had a strong scent which gave me a headache, and it was not comfortable to sit on like the one in the showroom. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the fabric looked cheap and thin. I went down to the store the same day and looked at the showroom couch, which was much different from the one I received. I talked to the sales associate and the manager, who both insisted that I received the exact same couch that I ordered. They refused to take it back. I have filed complaints with my credit card companies & the Better Business Bureau. I will have to file a claim with Small Claims Court if they don't refund my money. I suspect they gave me a cheaper knock-off version of the one they show on the floor. read more
