Just had a call from their so called…read moremanager Tyler yesterday , in which I asked for his last name for verification and he denied giving it to me. How's that? Gutless. What a coward. So we placed a large order with this Casper store and the MOST important thing was getting it delivered. All was set, we paid our invoice with paying the delivery fee in full and waited for our scheduled delivery. In the meantime we completely remodeled our bedroom , new paint, new flooring , all ready to go prior to scheduled delivery. And Then, a couple days prior to the scheduled delivery date our Salesguy calls and said THEY screwed up and one of the pieces did not show up. Let me repeat , THEY ADMITTED one of the pieces did not show up. So now , we have a empty bedroom and need furniture we properly ordered ( as we are staging our home to sell) , so they don't give me their screw up date to get the missing piece so I say get everything you have , delivered, and bring ( deliver) your screw up pc back to our house when you get it . So crass Tyler calls yesterday and has a scripted speech he is reading from stating ( real fastly read) bla bla bla your piece is arriving next week, bla bla bla we are open ,, bla bla bla and YOU can come pick it up at our store. I then repeat to him the missing order was NOT my fault but his and I paid for delivery already and full delivery was not met. Pure customer satisfaction gets a zero to Tyler at Casper Wy . So , I hope the owner Mr Tony Hager sees this , fires your uncouth manager Tyler what's his name , honors this sale and gets the errant pc of furniture up to us immediately . They go above & beyond with their customer service as well. I had a small problem when the product was delivered and I didn't notice until after the delivery guys had left. I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with. They never stated to us it couldn't be returned. They told us we had so many days to return it so we called within those said days and tried to return it because we ended up not liking the bed it. They told us we couldn't return it and that they made sure that we knew that when we were signing. They never told us anything like that and now we are stuck with a bed frame we deffently do not like and a bill around 5,000. There was also another couple the same night and time we got our bed who got told the very same thing we were told WE COULD RETURN IT IF WE DIDN'T LIKE IT. I had to go online to 'trade' the bed in, but that is a Sleepnumber company policy, not the store's policy. Both Erica and Zion, were always willing to answer any questions I had with a smile on their face - even though the new bed was a lower price than the original bed. And yes, I got the difference in the bed price refunded in a very timely manner. As far as the base goes, during my research for a bed, I had learned industry standard is that adjustable bases were not refundable, and I was told during the purchase as well. I love my footwarmer, and the customizable settings on the base - especially the timer feature that allows me to fall asleep in zero G and then move me to my 'favorite' sleep setting. I have all the confidence in them!
