I called long distance from San Diego, CA, to send sympathy flowers. I spoke with Raelyn (spelling?) and she was excellent - polite, efficient, sympathetic, thorough, and warm. I placed an order for a funeral and when I arrived to see a wilted browning rose as my arrangement I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service I received from Keefe's flowers... Not to mention that original Keefe Family was present for the funeral service and numerous members mentioned the condition of the flowers. Walter and Louie Keefe would be ashamed to have their name on this company today due to the lack of customer service. In the words of current business owner Melanie B. "I place a special emphasis on the well-being of others and strive to keep everyone happy." If this is true, please correct this unfortunate situation and make it right... Refunding $5.50 for a rose out of a $30.00 Arrangement is not good customer service, but that is all your Manger Megan was willing to do, even after having to call back twice myself to get this situation addressed. Firsts call, Saturday 5/24 at 4PM Second call, Wednesday 5/28 at 10 AM I received no phone call from any member of the staff to address my concerns which in my eyes is extremely poor customer service. I was so upset because I ordered flowers from Nates in Casper and they didn't deliver them. I called Keefe's and they said of course they could deliver to her address. They also were able to accommodate me and sort of combined two of the arrangements they had on line into what I was hoping to send. Not only that but they are delivering them today. Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place will never see any business from me or from my friends. My husband bought anniversary roses and the cost was $90. The roses didn't last more than a day before they died. Whoever sold him the roses must have seen a sucker arrive. He trusted the person and got ripped off. Revised - 3/16/16. Kaylin, business manager, and I visited about the problem. She was very sweet and concerned and offered some kind of replacement. Unfortunately, I doubt my husband will be going back for flowers. They even delivered the flowers within about two hours of ordering. A big Thank You to all the girls at Keefe's Flowers. They did a wonderful job on the flowers for my mother's funeral. It is always hard to make decisions in a time of sorrow. Melanie did a great job in knowing just what I wanted for my mother. She made it so easy and showed sincere sympathy as I made my decisions. They delivered a beautiful arrangement that my mother would have LOVED. They handled the other out of town requests from friends and family, as well. Everything was beautiful. I have used Keefe's for years and love the updated look of the store. It is nice that they keep up on the latest designs. I ordered a really nice arrangement for my wife's birthday last night. I'd like to say they knocked her off her feet and made her feel special, I arranged for them to be delivered when she got home last night from work. Not only did I look like a jerk who forgot my wife's birthday present, but they just showed up early the next day after she went to work and woke me up at an inconvenient time. ( I work nights). Luckily my wife is very forgiving and understanding but that's still just stupid.. if you want flowers from them be sure you just go pick them up, their delivery service is worthless. read more

I talked with Kaylin who was very helpful and friendly and told her I wanted an arrangement that looked like a French bouquet! She created a beautiful one and sent me a picture of it! When ordering online from Indiana for a beautiful Mother's Day bouquet we were quite disappointed when we received a Thank you pic via text of the arrangement. Saying it didn't resemble the beautiful bouquet we chose would be an understatement!! It was puny with straggley stems sticking up. Nothing like the full beautiful arrangement in the photo!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!l I placed an order though telefloral services 300 miles away for a $75 Large Vase of Spring Flowers to be delivered to the church for a family member's memorial service on 3/17/16 When I saw the very small 8" tall vase with 6-8 flowers I was so embarrassed!! Returning to the florist (3/18/16) where I placed the order, they contacted Keefe's to refund.... The response from Keefe's was, to refund just the $25 delivery fee PROVIDED they could pick up the arrangement! I WAS APPALLED! as the service was yesterday! I immediately called Keefe's, speaking with manager, Megan. Unfortunately she was argumentative, interrupted, and said "they can't just give free flowers to everyone who is dissatisfied." Megan blamed everyone except Keefe's. I was finally told she would have to contact my florist about the refund. She did.. now my florist is out $75 as Keefe's would not give the refund. read more
