Spent several thousand dollars on a sectional. Got delivered. A week later we discovered the chaise won't recline and he backs of the other seats are loose and I feel the couch is going to fall apart every time we sit on it. We paid for the extra warranty. Called the store, they sent someone out who manually pumped the chaise into the recline position and then couldn't fix it and LEFT IT THERE. The store said "we're calling the manufacture, we will reach out in a couple months". I've called the store 5 times over the last few months, no one can help, no one will fix it, no one will rerun our calls.... Go to the valley, don't waste your money on these con artists. read more

We went to Furniture Row after absolutely horrible customer service at another furniture store on the mountain. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the salesman Tom. Tom was not high pressure. He just let us look around until we had questions. We saw a bedroom set and started asking questions. Tom was there very thorough in answering the questions and explaining the store policies. We did end up purchasing the bedroom set that was more money (and a much better quality) than the purchase we had made and then canceled with the other furniture store. I would highly recommend Furniture Row to anybody looking for furniture. The sales people are much nicer than the other furniture store and the quality of the furniture is far superior than anything you could find at the other furniture store. read more

Loved the piece of furniture but the first time they delivered the couch it was missing the legs for the chaise lounge. Store never called me after to apologize or let me know when the new pieces would be delivered. I had to call twice to ask when the new pieces would arrive. Then when it was delivered they brought the wrong pieces. read more

Warehouse furniture has gorgeous furniture with a large price to go with them. We were greeted at the door and allowed to look without salespeople hounding is. All questions were answered. We are looking for very specific size pieces and didn't find anything here but if I was in the market for high end furniture-this would be a great place to look. read more

Couldn't buy anything in the store. Nothing was for sale?! Who does this? My husband went to Furniture Row to purchase a motorized recliner only to be told that they can't sell anything. Lost sale! We have been Furniture Row customers for years. This store reminded me of a catalog showroom where you come in to order furniture, but you can't take it with you. Didn't Sears just go under because they were behind the times?! Guess what? We had a much better experience with Brenda at Joy's Furniture Gallery in Lakeside. We were able to make a purchase on the same day with same day delivery- on Christmas Eve, no less. We are now Joy's Furniture Gallery customers. read more

Although they were very nice at the store, the Hutch that I purchased for $1500 was inferior. The lights in the hutch didn't work from the get go, and all they said was don 't use them. I rarely open the glass doors to this piece of furniture, and when I did yesterday (bear in mind i purchased it in August of last year) The door almost came off in my hand. Good thing I had a good hold on it. I am so angry right now, that I paid so much money for this piece and to have it fall apart not 7mos after purchase is unacceptable. Frankly I would like them to refund my money and take it out of here, but after looking at their policies they wont do it. Not happy with this place. Bought a couch & loveseat on April 3, 2018 and was told they don't sell off the floor so would order. Salesman, Caleb, told us he thought he might get it through another warehouse and in any event we'd get our furniture by May 15th. They require all the money up front so we paid. Well, we finally got the couch a couple weeks ago but as of today by my phone call am told late May or sometime June! Up till we got the couch we only had 2 chairs in our living room. It would be nice if it could be all finished especially since it was all paid for. Don't like paying and not receiving what I paid for in a timely manner! read more

Not a fan of Caleb, at least I don't think I am, it's hard to tell when the salesman blatantly ignores you when you've been walking around him for 10 mins but jumps up off his butt to greet a customer in a collared shirt!!!! That's the only way I even know his name because he introduced himself to the other customer and was more than willing to help him with any need he may have. Maybe Caleb is more suited for building furniture instead of stereotyping customers!!!! We have bought a good deal of furniture from Furniture Row. They have awesome financing promotions and have taken care of any problems we have had with damaged or defective furniture. They replaced a dining room table chair that came with a small chip on it as well as a bar stool that was constructed wrong. And a year after buying a wood bed frame our sideboard started having the finish peel off and with no questions asked they promptly ordered me a new side board. Furniture stores carry mostly the same or comparable merchandise however on my first visit to Furniture Row I discovered what makes an outstanding store. SERVICE! Mr Salvador was outstanding. After returning home with my purchase I broke a part on a drawer. I went back to the store to purchase a replacement and was surprised then Mr Salvador went to another piece of furniture, removed the part I had broke and handed it to me. When I tried to pay for it he wouldn't accept any money. THAT IS WHAT MAKES AN OUTSTANDING STORE. SERVICE. They have earned my business permanently. read more

Stopped in this store in Show Low yesterday looking for a "Retro 50's style dining set". Although they didn't carry anything as specific as this, the owner took a lot of time with me explaining how to go on-line looking for something like this. i.e., suggested I look for California based companies, look for outlets etc. They have very nice furniture in the store and a huge selection. Not only can this store not get product to you in a timely manner when they are running late there is no ownership in the delay. There is excuse after excuse and when asked about why the delivery drivers are so later the comment from the store was, "At least we are not the cable company...we could have given you a five hour window." read more

I ordered office furniture. Got the order in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately there was a lot of hardware missing. I called the store and they said they could give me replacements for some of it but the rest would be ordered with delivery in 2 weeks. I went and got the parts they had. The missing pieces were nice metal but the replacements they gave me were cheap plastic which I will need to replace on my own. I couldn't use the furniture without the missing hardware. After 3 weeks I called the store about the pieces that were ordered and was told they weren't in and they would call me. Waited another week and called again. Was told they would check and would call me back. 2.5 hours later I called the store again and was told only part of the order came in. I went and picked up the pieces they had. Still can't completely use the furniture I bought 2 months ago and paid a lot of money for. Saw a bedroom set i was considering buying but wont shop there now. read more
