We purchased a beautiful log bed, end tables, new mattresses, and we could not leave without taking some carved woodland animals with us! I decide to cancel this order as I need the furniture sooner than 6-8 wks. Manager will not cancel without a 25% "restocking "fee even though the furniture never left the warehouse. Then he tries to tell me that I signed for those terms. And that all sales are final for special orders. This was not a special order. I never signed anything. Never even received a receipt either emailed or paper. spend your money elsewhere. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you make that purchase and then refuse to return anything if you're not happy. Guess will just dispute it thru my bank.
