Prices weren't actually value substantially higher then other furniture stores and discounts were a bit more complex then other stores. Their saying is the more you spend the more you save. They gave $100 off per $1000 spent but marked furniture at $1999 $1 short of the next $100 so it does accumulate as you buy more to get that next $100. Nothing for a few bucks to get the next tier of a discount. So it came to 10% which most other stores were 14/15% if you took financing. I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone who is looking for lasting quality. We spent little over four thousand dollars on leather chairs and couch. Within a year frames bent motors went out on two now all but one are out. The finish on all is very poor and rubbing off of all a very short time after purchase. The five year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Sales lady Amanda is very nice and professional in her demeanor. Our sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy, nor did he follow us around the show room yet he stayed within eye sight. Delivery was prompt and friendly (~2 weeks out from purchase). 14 months ago we were at the store to buy a tv center then they said we needed to wait one month to receive the tv center and then 8 months passed and we never received the tv center. We went to go talk to the manager to see what happened to the tv center but we asked if we could have the floor tv center but it was broken and my wife said " we don't need need something broken" because the one they had in the store was broken.But the manager said " you can have the broken one for a while till the new one comes in. Now that we got the new one it came in more broken than the other one. It's not painted well, and it's broken from every side. Don't go to buy from this store because all they do is lie. Went to get a mattress about 2 1/2 weeks ago and learned that they didn't have what I wanted in the warehouse so I would have to wait 3-4 weeks. OK. That's reasonable. Item came and was all scratched but delivery people said they were told to try to get us to take it. We refused. One of our dining room chairs broke that we have had for several years. I called and talked to Hope who gave me a number to send a picture of my chair. She immediately texted back to tell me they had the chair in stock. I was very pleased with the customer service we received and would highly recommend Furniture Row. Bought this Kitchen table and chairs over a year ago, as you can see in the picture the table started to bubble. That part of the table is the end we don't use since there is only three of us in the house. When I reached out to Furniture Row to see if they would back the product, I didn't expect a new one but maybe at least a discount to replace the bad table they sold me. Jennifer B told me they would like to help and got me in touch with a customer service rep who just blamed me for the bubble, saying I shouldn't put anything hot(coffee cup) or wet on the table. UM, it's a kitchen table, basically I was told not to use a kitchen table as a kitchen table???? They did have the store call me and they told me since I didn't buy the extended warranty, to bad, not our problem. OK fair enough, they sell bad quality furniture they won't stand behind. In my opinion had it been under warranty they would have just blamed me anyways to try and get out of replacing it, they were trying to do that till they figured out it wasn't under warranty. I figured that I will just post a review on the Furniture Row website so people could aware of the workmanship on that table. I was not impressed by Furniture Row. This was my first stop on the hunt for a couch, The 2 employees said hello to me and sort of greeted my from their desk. When I responded I that I was looking around, they did not inquire further as to what I was looking for, just if I had any questions to let them know. As I made my way around the store, they did not approach me. I was the only one in the store. Most of the couches they had in the store were leather which is specifically what I did not want, and there was nothing that I could find with information on if they had a catalog or something to look at for other options. Great service in the store back in the beginning of October by Nate but once they have your money you hear nothing and never get your furniture. We paid thousands of dollars already for a sectional that was supposed to arrive in 12-14 weeks. It's been 19 weeks and it apparently hasn't even made it to their distribution center in Colorado yet. I understand this has been a crazy year to order furniture but the thing that is the most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Nobody calls to give any kind of update and then when I asked for white glove delivery free since it's taken another month and will probably be 2 months late by the time it gets here and Ken answers the phone and basically says, "it's only a month late, you'll have to talk with your sales guy about that" and hangs up on me. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you want your furniture sooner than 6 months and like to talk with respectful people who care about their customers. I had a great shopping experience at Furniture Row. My sales person, Amanda is excellent. I had bought some furniture in December 2017 and was very unhappy with it. I went back towards the end of March 2018 to discuss this with Amanda to see if it would be possible for them to take my furniture back and allow me pick out something else. Without hesitation Amanda took care of the transaction and I bought a new couch, chair and ottoman plus a cabinet for my office. All in all I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Store looks nice but the sales people are no help what so ever. Went to table area with no real answer. Guy didn't know anything. He wanted to watch golf more then do his job. Very disappointed. I am very unhappy with furniture Row. I bought 2 brown leather couches from them. They are horrible. They are supposed to be real leather and I paid a lot of money for them. There are several places where the color has rubbed off. I also bought an extended warranty which they would not honor. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. I am so disappointed to have to leave a bad review because in the past I have purchased ALOT of furniture from this establishment. Granted, its kind of middle of the barrel quality, so I would buy a new living room set every couple of years. Hey, I had kids and dogs and did not want to spend a fortune on furniture I knew would be torn up and dirtied and needing replaced. However, I was always happy with the service. They were right on time as to when they said they would be there, no delays...no endless excuses as to why I didn't have my merchandise, it was never an issue. THIS time, when we moved to a new house and moved the old furniture downstairs to a big apartment in the basement for my son...we went and ordered nicer things. The dining room table and chairs came on time. My living room furniture? NOPE. They told us six weeks to get it...ok, it was late. Two more weeks. No problem. Stuff happens. 10 weeks. We have two pieces but we cannot find the other three. 11 weeks...we have two pieces and cannot find the other three, they were lost. 12 weeks...we have no idea where your furniture is AND they had already billed us. Yep. They billed us for furniture that we never received. The lady told my husband tough luck...you will have to pay the bill and wait till we find it. NOPE. Cancelled order. Boy. THEN it was we will have your furniture by December, is that ok? No, it is NOT ok. Cancel the order. She was NOT happy. Do they think I am a fool? December would roll around and we would still be sitting on the lone chair and a half upstairs with no where to put our feet up, sadly waiting on the delivery of our furniture. NO THANK YOU. I have purchased well over twelve thousand dollars of merchandise from your store (might not seem like a lot to some but it is to me) and I am not falling for your bull again. Went to Schmidts...bought some stuff outright, got a U haul and brought it home for Thanksgiving. Might not be exactly what I wanted but its better than nothing. Ordered a full bed, and when on the phone to place the order, the employee continually said "twin bed", to which we always inevitably replied "no, full bed". When the bed arrived, imagine what size it was? Twin. And we were charged for a full bed. We had the delivery men come back the same night and take the too small bed. They then delivered a full bed to us 2 days later...with no screws with which to put it together OR the drawers that were to come with it for underneath storage! Then the phone call to reconcile these discrepancies was easily 30 minutes long! read more

ZERO STARS! Terrible. Liars w/ no integrity. Every week I called & they repeatedly lied about furniture availability & shipment. Their delivery system texts you to say you have a delivery scheduled the next day, when you don't. They do NOT care about customer service or getting quality product to customer timely. We had many, many issues to get our furniture & ended up w/ damaged, incomplete set. After 2 months of my patient phone calls (they already got a couple thousand $$ from me), I told them to forget it. Seriously considering BBB action, but will see if they get their damaged furniture from my home & refund my money timely first. Seriously, go anywhere else for your furniture needs.
