Eager to sell but after that the customer service is horrible. Purchased furniture. Took a month to deliver it. They delivered it and some pieces were damaged I reported that same day and sent photos. They offered discount or replacement. I asked for replacement. It's been 8 weeks I have called twice they cannot say other than it's in transit and no one has called us back to report progress. Frustrating - I won't return - EVER! Would rate a zero if possible. Ordered a table and chairs in store on 3/8/26. We were told that it would be available for pickup or delivery in 2-3 weeks. Was not contacted at all by the store, called on 3/29/26 and was told that it was in, great. Scheduled a delivery, which when we purchased was told that the delivery would be $200 but now the deliver was going to be $340, for 4/10/26. On 4/10/26 there was once again no contact from the store, contacted them and was told that our scheduled delivery was never put on the schedule and the truck had already left for the day. The next available delivery was 4/24/26. There was no compensation for their mistake and we were told that "this is just how it is". We will now have waited almost 2 months for a table. Never had such an awful experience before with any other furniture store, so we will definitely not be going back to Furniture Row. read more

We bought a couch that had been returned and was told there was nothing wrong with it - got home and there was a hole in the cushion. Looked at the receipt and noticed the couch was labeled as "damaged". We were obviously lied to - we would've just bought the couch brand new if we had known about the hole which has now turned into a bigger hole. Love the couch otherwise which is a bummer. When this hole turns into a problem and we have to buy a new couch, we won't be buying from here. read more

Purchased a sectional in March of 2023. In October contacted the store because the zippers holding on the back cushions were failing. First contact attempt was ignored. Second time they said they would contact an upholstery company to do a repair. Never heard back. Contacted them again, they gave me the info for the upholstery company. Contacted the upholstery company and they were not interested in the work. Contacted store again and have been ignored. $3000 sectional, warranty not being honored. read more

Went looking for recliners & dining room chairs. Entered in the mattress side & was greeted and they directed us to the living room area. Looked a while before anyone showed up to greet me & he pointed out the recliners & left. Obviously was not paying attention to where I was because when my husband came looking for me he thought I left. Didn't find a recliner & wasn't going to beg for information. Then walked to the living room side & was greeted & directed to the chairs we were looking for & the sales lady let us look alone....for a long time. Decided on the chairs & ordered 6 of them. It was obvious we were interrupting lunch from Taco Bell because they were distributing it to each employee. The furniture sells itself. No wonder people shop online ***UPDATE****5/1/18 I have upped my rating if Furniture Row! After my review I was contacted about what happened with our visit & I have to say that the manager, Jason, redeemed his store. We received the chairs we ordered came in a MONTH before they told me they would be here. We also exchanged emails about my experience and obviously has addressed it. I purchased a sectional in November 2020 from the Missoula store. i was super excited as this is the first piece of new furniture I've ever bought. I got it in January 2021 and things were good. in February 2022, one of the handles for the recliner broke. I called the store and orders a replacement part, they said it could take up to four months due to the supply chain issues. I called back in June and was told they couldn't find my order, but they would reorder it and it should be in within 8 weeks. I called in August and again they couldn't find my order, they said they would look into it and get back to me. I called in early September and again no order. The manager I spoke with said she was new and would figure it out for me and call me, she didn't. I called the following week and she was still researching. I then got a call in October from the place that apparently does their repairs asking about it. I told him what had been going on and he said he'd look into it. Finally in November 2022, I found the part on Amazon, ordered it and fixed the recliner myself. I will never purchase from them again. read more

l Ordered many furniture items from furniture row they were delivered within a few days as I am only a mile from store I the ordered their top of the line Massage chair I was told it would take a few weeks well 3 months a big truck brought it into my home in pieces to put together! My Doctor told me not to use it as I am 83 and have a bad back. The manager at furniture told me they would take it back and give me store credit for it.........OK but each time I would call or go there The manager was not in. I have tried the chair once for a 5 min demo type and it was terrible, I tried for a year to get satisfaction yes another manager , I can not get it out of the doorway where it was set up and the people manager??? said I would have to try and find a couple of handymen?????// and the store did not want it?? Purchased a brand new recliner for $1000 in December 2021. The recliner showed up and was broken right out of the box. I have called furniture row several times about getting it fixed and they keep giving me the run around. They gave me the number for the shop they use to fix the chair as well and that company has given me excuses for over a month now saying my replacement parts got lost in their paperwork. Four months later (now March 2022) and my chair is still broken! Poor management that does not care about paying customers! Do not shop here!! read more

I had a very satisfying experience today. We had purchased new bedroom and living room furniture right before everything closed down during the pandemic. After we got the sofa home, we realized it was missing a part which made one of the motorized recliners inoperable. After waiting 7 months for the part to get delivered, I went into the store to see the status. The part was still not in, but Furniture Row rectified the situation by replacing the entire couch. Quick and easy, and I am a happy customer. read more

When my wife and I arrived we walked in looking for a complete leather living room set. There was a couple sitting on a couch who arrived just before we did and a sales woman walked past us and ask them if they needed any help. We hung around that area looking at several living room sets and when she was done with the couple (my wife, myself and that couple were the only customers in the furniture store) she looked at us as she headed back to the desk without saying a word. We stayed around the store for another 30 minutes while she sat on her butt and watched us. Just as we decided to leave a young man finally came by to ask if we needed any help. By then I had enough, there were three sales people at the desk and it took 30 minutes for one of them to do their job. We went to Ashley Furniture, found a set we liked, had super customer service and spent more than $7,000.00. We won't be back. read more

Misleading ads- tv commercials say 7 years no interest, when you get to the store it's down to 6. When you buy the couch, down to 4, but then there's a $25 min payment, which made ours TWO years. Robo-calls from Telemarketers - Ever since we signed up for the 0% interest (which is really a credit card), I have been getting 2-3 phone calls a day on my cell phone. And it's been 5 months! Lack of paperwork - Didn't get any paperwork about the credit card I signed up for until it came in the mail 2 weeks later. Heard from family and friends that if you are late for one payment, THEY BACKDATE THE FULL INTEREST and you end up paying way more than the couch was worth. Couch Holes - After we unwrapped the couch at home, realized it had two small holes. They made us sign the paperwork that it was defect-free at the store while it was wrapped. No big deal, but just check it before you leave the store! read more

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the item I bought is nice. I walked in, not another person was even in the parking lot. I was not greeted by anyone, I made eye contact with 3 people. I approached the gal in furniture who appeared bothered by my presence, so much so she didn't even smile back. I purchased my item and asked for help out. She proceeded to carry it for me, accepting no help, in open toed platforms while making scoffing noises, obviously displeased. I asked twice if she needed help. No one working there was kind or glad to be there in any way. I would not go back based on their awful customer service. read more

I hate shopping for furniture.I don't like being "sold" and I just don't enjoy the process. This time was different. Noel at Sofa Mart was helpful without being pushy, made great suggestions, has a terrific eye, and made sure the entire process was smooth and painless. We've bought 3 pieces of furniture over the past 2 years. We buy a piece with our credit card, pay it off within a year, buy another piece. We don't like being in debt. We recently bought a loveseat & even though we paid an extra fee for delivery, no problem there, we were not called when it came into the local store & therefore, we were not put on the delivery schedule, so it will have taken them nearly 3 weeks to deliver our new loveseat. The sales people are very nice, the furniture is pretty good, but because of the slow delivery and failure to call us - they didn't call us with our first 2 purchases, either, we won't be back. I am so disappointed in their products, we spent a bunch of money on a bonded leather sectional they said would hold up as well as leather. Well the leather is fine but the parts of the cushions not leather where coming apart in 6 weeks. It's 6 months later and I have had nothing but problems. I would not shop here agin. read more

I ordered a bedroom set in August of 2015 and as of March of 2016 I still do not have one of the night stands. The manager, Cooper Bell, has offered endless excuses and stories as to why I do not have the furniture I paid for and refuses to connect me with anyone for resolution or refund.
