Went in to look at sofas. The employee who greeted me was friendly and explained which section of the store I would find what I was looking for. This store definitely caters to people who need a good financing deal. Only one sofa was even slightly comfortable to sit on, but they had quite a bit on sale and offer 60 month financing. If I needed furniture and couldn't afford it, this is where I would come to shop. read more

I do not leave reviews, but I am shocked. We visited your store this evening and attempted to purchase two Adoro leather chairs and a chair on clearance. The sign listed next to the chair said the price was $999, but the system showed the chair as $1099. Before we began the checkout, the salesman who was assisting us said they would honor the floor price, but when we attempted to buy it, the manager would not honor the $999 price plus the 4th of July discount if we went over $2000 on other full priced items because he had already given us the 'discount' to the floor price. When we asked to speak to a different manager, your on-floor manager refused and said, "I will not call my manager", I'm going to guess because they forgot to change the floor sign. We were the only people in the store purchasing anything at the time. We even asked to split the difference of the discount and just take $50 off and he refused because he was already offering the "discount" to the floor price. I work in finance and your attempt at manipulating the numbers at checkout is absolutely shameful. Always check the math before you buy here. read more

Every time I had gone into their store to either look around or to ask a question about something, the only manager in the store that was a female had the worst attitude. She wouldn't allow us to touch the furniture although we were looking to buy. The lady with red hair and glasses doesn't ever seem to WANT to be there. She was pretending as if she had power and authority over us just being respectful customers. Extremely rude. read more

Where do I start I bought two bed room suits and was told they would be in in six weeks. That was April of 2021 well just got an Email they are saying possibly December so I am getting my money back. I went into the store in NLR and was looking for some key pieces. The salesperson was very considerate of me needs of just wanting to look around and answering any questions that I had as they came up. I was there for over 45 mins looking and talking and he showed me different options throughout the store. I found a piece that was in the clearance section that had just a few minor cosmetic defects. He checked it over for me and made sure that all the drawers were working and checked the solidness of it since he knew what my intent was for this particular piece. I told him I needed to check the measurements and that I would be back to purchase if it worked for my location. He said perfect, handed me his business card, he happened to be the manager. I didn't get back until after the weekend and went in on that Monday to make the purchase. The original sales person was not there this particular time. When I walked into the store, I went directly to the clearance section as I knew what I wanted and was just there to pay for it. A different salesperson followed me to the clearance section and he picked up the tag and walked me to the front. While he was checking me out he told me that I had 24 hours to pick it up. I said that I would need to go home and get the truck and I could come back to pick it up either that evening or the next day. The sales person told me that it would actually be easier if I came back the next day because after 5 there was not one there to help him load it. He did mention that it was an "as is" item and there were was no warranty or refunds or exchanges. Pretty common for a clearance item. He also mentioned that they were not legally allowed to strap down the furniture. Came back the next day roughly 6pm. I was greeted by 3 female employees sitting on their phones at the front desk. One of them put their phones down and addressed me. I walked up and simply stated that I was here to pick up my furniture. She stated that their policy is that everything has to be picked up within 24-48 and before 5pm everyday. I was clearly confused based on the information that I had received the day before from the sales person while ringing up my purchase. She proceeded to say everything that was needed on a professional word basis. She was however very rude, impatient, condescending, raised her voice because I was clearly confused on this new found information. So even thought her words were the correct chosen words, her demeanor was very angry and she had a very aggressive tone, with aggressive hand gestures, her demeanor and tone were VERY agitated and she did not take any time to hear anything, address anything or even deescalate the situation that she was the only one participating in. I did ask her to stop yelling at me (I should have said she didn't need to raise her voice) to which she stated she wasn't and lowered her voice. I asked what happens if I was unable to get back by the next day and she stated that they would simply cancel the sale and refund my money. (Granted I already wasted a whole trip of over 60 miles). I told her I would be back to talk to Nick, which is the original salesman and manager. She stated that he would be in tomorrow at 2pm. I said thank you and asked her name to which she replied, "My name is Melissa (or Melinda) and I am one of the assistant store managers." So now I am very happy with the fact that I found some of the other pieces that I needed at a different store and did not put money into this company. Yes, the item I bought on clearance was still $300, but it wasn't the other thousands of dollars that I needed to spend to get what I need. You can't have 2 separate employees fail to set me up with reasonable expectations OF YOUR OWN STORE POLICIES and then get mad at me because your customer service is terrible and I was not informed. That is not going to sustain any kind of professional environment with employees who work for commission in a world where you can purchase everything online now. Granted I even can get there to get my own item that I purchased and fully paid for, I now get to look at this piece in my house and think of this very event and the interaction with miserable person who was so bothered that she didn't even get my name to do her job correctly with compassion and integrity that good managers should exhibit. I never mentioned that I wanted anything for free or I should be entitled to anything, the only thing that would make this better is to have a good strong profession team to work with your customers. Bottom line, your sales people and management need a lot of training (or to be replaced), not only to keep your customers but for them to advance in a truly professional environment. ***edited to add that they just called me to tell me they double sold it and that I was the one to get the refund because they failed to put a sold sign on it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT FURNITURE ROW IN NLR!!! I sent this email to their corporate office this morning: I want to tell you about the horrible experience I had in your North Little Rock, AR location last night. I was shopping for a sectional with my friend and my son. My friend asked your employee, Johnny Akins, to come assist us. Johnny came over and I told him I was interested in the sectional that we were seated on and I needed to know about financing options. He proceeded to tell me about the 0% financing and I told him I didn't want my credit run because I was trying to buy a house right now. Johnny immediately became agitated, raised his voice, and said "Well that's the only option we got!" I said, "I checked online before I came and it said you had other options." He said "You ain't trying to pay nothing today! That other option is lease to own and you gotta pay it out in 90 days!" His manner was very angry and he had a very aggressive tone, with aggressive hand gestures. He was pointing and gesturing at me and it was clear that I was bothering him and that he clearly did not want to help me. The way he was treating me and speaking to me let me know that he did not think i belonged in that store and that he thought I could not afford to be in that store. I told him that I could actually pay cash for it right now, and I asked if there was a problem because I was just trying to get more info on my options and told him that his tone was off putting. He immediately started screaming across the store to his co-worker Benjamin saying "Come help her! I ain't helping her! Come over here and deal with her!" All the while, he was pointing at me as if i was a nuisance and he could not stand the sight of me. When Benjamin came over, I told Benjamin that I would not be spending my money in that store and that Johnny owed me an apology. Benjamin apologized on behalf of Johnny and said he could ask him to come and apologize. Johnny came back and his apology was "I apologize if i hurt your little feelings or something like that, alright?" Again, in an aggressive tone and obviously very insincere. I have never been treated like this! Customer service is very important in an industry such as yours, and Johnny obviously has zero customer service skills! He made it very clear that he did not think I was worth his time and I am pretty sure it was because of my race. I observed him with an older white couple just before we asked him to help and he seemed very patient and helpful. I asked Benjamin if Johnny normally acted that way and he said no. I was humiliated by this experience and I definitely will not be spending my money in that store. Johnny is obviously a racist and definitely should not work in an environment where he will encounter customers of different races, and he definitely does not need to work in retail. I will be posting this on social media and Google reviews, and I would like for someone to give me a call to discuss this as well. read more

I had a good experience when I went in to look. The salesperson gave me some time to look around (5-10 minutes) before I was greeted. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the direction of where I might find what I wanted. I did find a chair and the salesperson told me that they did not have one in stock but it could be here within 2-7 business days. So I purchased the accent chair. The salesperson called me the next day to tell me he expected the chair to arrive Wednesday. I told him I would be back in Conway on Thursday (I live about 40 minutes away). He said I could pick up the chair on Thursday no problem. I arrived to pick up my chair Thursday after lunch and showed a different salesperson my receipt. He checked the computer and told me to pull around back and he would bring my chair out to me. I pulled around and parked by the dock where he told me to go. I waited 10 minutes and never saw my sales guy. I waited another 5-10 minutes and still no chair or sales guy. So I got out of my car and a different employee told me they were having trouble finding my chair. So I waited another 10 minutes (roughly 30 minutes waiting at this point) and a females sales person came up to my car. She told me they could not find my chair and I had two options: they could wrap up the floor model and I could take it or they could reorder my chair which could take a week or more to receive! I told this salesperson that my original sales person I had purchased the chair from said I could not take the floor model because I asked the day I purchased it. She apologized and said they had permission for me to take the floor model or wait. So I decided to take the floor model. About 10-15 minutes later the employee that was working the dock brought my chair out in a thin plastic sheet and loaded it in my car. He apologized for all my trouble and said it was his second day on the job. I felt like the disorganization and poor customer service of the pick up process was disappointing. Also I do not understand why I was originally told I could not have the floor model so I did not have to make a trip back to the store but then when they misplaced or sold my chair to someone else it was fine for me to have the floor model at fill price mind you. read more

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Joe at Sofa Mart. He was very professional and helpful with the purchase. When furniture was delivered, in a very timely manner, there was an issue with one of the pieces and it had to be replaced. They ordered the replacement right away and within 2 weeks I had the items switched out. Very happy with my purchase and will recommend them! read more

I did not give them a star as they did not earn not one star we bought a king size bed that's adjustable well the adjustable is good but the mattress is not we are on our 5th mattress from them and still the sides give so much that you end up in a hole and the middle is a hump it's ridiculous I have never in 40 years had a bed that is so comfortable I will never buy a mattress from them ever again paid a lot for this bed and now have to try and find a mattress that works with our frame furniture row/ Denver mattress will not be on the list beware the price might be good but you will not be happy will probably have to start all over again with a whole you bed and frame no thanks to furniture row/ Denver mattress. My husband and I have been to this store a couple times. We just moved to this state and need to furnish our home. Most recently, we visited again yesterday, and met Micheal. First off, the selection and variety of furniture is great. I'm very particular with what I'd like to bring into our home, and Micheal understood that. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad he introduced himself to both my husband and I, because before meeting him, I had no idea you could customize/tweak the pieces of furniture to your liking. That option opened up more opportunities for me, and more couches I was interested in. We still have some looking around to do at other furniture stores, and even if it turns out that we might not be purchasing a couch here, on the chance that it may be cheaper elsewhere, we definitely will come back for a dining set we have our eyes on. read more

He helped me determine if it would fit in the space, kept me notified leading up to shipping, scheduled my deliver for the day promised at purchase and call after delivery to make sure I was happy. Went there this around 2.30 on the afternoon of Super Bowl Sunday to find a bed and mattress. This was my first visit this store. There were two sales men there working in that department, a white and a black guy. I was there in the bedroom furniture department for 20 minutes and no one even bother to come say hello or offered to help me. At one point, I was about 25 feet away and they just kept talking. At that point I complete lost my interest in shopping at that store and left. It's ironic that they have a big banner hanging outside the building that says "voted best furniture store in Little Rock", I think it meant best at poor customer service. read more

Easy ordering process. Paid for delivery and set up. Only took 5 Days to get the furniture in, but said they couldn't deliver for 2 more weeks. Was not satisfied with that and finally had it arranged for 5 Days later. When furniture was delivered, the bed was not what was ordered. Contacted store and informed them of the wrong bed. Hopefully it will be delivered within a reasonable time and it's the right one. read more

Ordered several pieces of living and bedroom furniture from Matthew M. at Oak Express/Bedroom Expressions in North Little Rock today. He was very helpful, and we were appreciative of his assistance in switching over our Furniture Row Credit Card from Capital One to Synchrony. However, while not the store's fault, Furniture Row did not have several sale items that we wanted to purchase in their inventory. We also have to wait several months for our dining set to be delivered due to lack of available inventory. read more

My husband and I went to every furniture store we could think of, and Furniture Row was the best. They had lots to chose from, but the best thing was the salesperson, Emma Hahn. She knew her merchandise, and listened and did her best to find something that would fit two very different tastes. She had the best, most positive attitude, and we were both pleased with our purchase. She explained what was most durable, how to take care of the different things, and showed us we could customize. We went into several stores where we seemed to be invisible, but had a much better experience at Furniture Row. Price was great, too! read more
