I had them quote a 35 inch round table for refinishing. The initial quote was over $600 including…read moretax. I do not think they are fairly pricing their services. A competitors quote was for $200 not including tax with free pick up and delivery within 1 week. Guess who got the job?

2/2/2022 update:I raised my review from one star to two as my table was re-delivered today. The…read morestain finish is now better but the fit and locking is still not great but useable. At least the height now is right as well. After now 3&1/2 months I finally got a text when the delivery scheduled for yesterday couldn't make it. Always and excuse or my fault or spam. The work is just OK and the customer service keeps it at a 2 star. Take that away....still only at best a 3. I hired them to refinish and update my 8 foot solid maple butcher block table and I gave them a new counter height chair to match the stain and height (I provided the new metal legs). First re-delivery in November shortly after Thanksgiving, arrived with horrible finish and no locking mechanism on the leafs as well as the table being short of the counter height discussed (and chair height) and they bored into the bottom of the table! My cc was charged a week before the re-delivery for all the work. The work was horrible but after assurances, I decided to give them a chance to fix it (email with standing behind their work). It is almost the end of January, and have no correspondence or updates from them from the 4th (my table was almost ready for review then) due to covid.....and today, after emailing them through the website, got a notification (not recognizing me) that they would get back to me in the next week or so. I also called a bunch of times. Original finish on the first attempt was also poor and blotchy.....it should have been my first warning to run....but how do you fix a butcher job on a priceless table? Run as fast as you can from this business. Can't wait to see how Angela and Joey respond to not having a simple table job done in almost 4 months. I was charged full amount and still don't have finished table.

I live in a manufactured home so many things are not standard as they are in stick built homes. This was Ed's first time doing work in a manufactured home and he did run into some glitches but he took his time trouble shooting and figured it out. He removed the oddly placed ceiling fan in the kitchen and patched the hole and you would never have known anything was ever there. Ed was very responsive, personable, honest, neat and communicated well. He quoted me a price for each job rather than charging by the hour and his pricing was very fair. I'm going to hire him again for future projects. I highly recommend him.

I hired Ed to help us after Hurricane Ian. There was a lot of small work I would…read morehave done myself, but just age limitations prevented me from completing. After talking to Ed and understanding his abilities, he was more than qualified to do what we needed. I had light fixtures that were damaged from leaks that needed to be redone with new lights, soffit that needed to be replaced, a toilet that need to be reseated, damage to our Lanai screen and frame, plus other chores that popped up during the repairs. He was very capable in these areas and understood that this job was not one that could be done under an umbrella quote due to issues that would arise as he tackled the items. Due to the complexity of the entire project, bidding on each individually was not an option. With collaboration we decided on a pay system that benefited us both, assuring any under bid was covered doing the project as one entity. I found process extremely reasonable with the of adding any overage to be decided when it occurred. The best part is now I have found a reliable person capable of performing any maintenance I need now and in the future. I highly recommend Ed for your projects.
