Technician came to my home to quote and hopefully clean my 6 x8 area rug. He read the tag on the reverse and said it was not wool and he would not clean. Could possibly turn brown because of pulp content. Who would guess a 6 x8 rug described as wool on Wayfair has a pulp content. Paid $1200. Glad the technician was an honest person. read more

Buyers beware! This company is deceitful. We had them come to the house to give an estimate and clean a patio set and a sitting chair. Sitting chair was $60 and patio set (4 chairs, super clean!!!) was $234. We decided not to do the full patio set due to high cost and the patio chairs as weren't stained so we asked them to do sitting chair ($60) and one patio chair ($58) so we could meet the minimum $99 service visit. They cleaned the indoor chair and I said, after completion the chair, the fee for the one inside sitting chair is now $99 because we wouldn't do the full outside chair set. What type of garbage is this!!? Super deceitful even though they knew we wanted estimates to make decisions. I called the office and they were not helpful at all even though changing prices occurred mid-visit. I'm not fighting over $40 but I will warn others about deceitful practices. $40 was my issue with them but yours could be much higher. Select a company that is true to their estimates and doesn't play games while they are at your home. What they did was wrong. read more

Zach and his colleague cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen area. They were professional and did a thorough job, and would definitely hire them for future cleaning jobs. I was also sent a text letting me know they were in route which was appreciated. read more

I called and scheduled a three room cleaning for $139. When they arrived because I had a pet odor smell issue in one of the rooms they came up with a quote of over $600 for three bedrooms and the living room. When I informed them I was not willing or able to spend that much money and then I was going to pull the carpet up soon anyway I got a real attitude from the gentleman. The work was done very quickly. They did not move furniture. When complete he approached me and said blankly " how are you going to pay". A complete lack of customer service and I was left with a sense that they did a crappy job intentionally because I wouldn't upgrade to the $600 job. They made no effort to help me with the pet odor smell in the one room. Just a quick simple carpet cleaning with their antiquated equipment. I will NEVER use this company again and DO NOT recommend it read more
