Finally decided on the furniture and had it delivered a couple days later. They charge an $85 delivery fee that has to be paid to the driver in cash. They don't set it up for you. They take it to the room and that's it. I wasn't upset about that since it's clearly on the receipt as well as the delivery fee. Everything is spelled out on the receipt and the sales guy explained it in detail. One thing I will say is if you have a truck you can do it yourself and save the $85. I will be back to see them in a couple of months when I need more bedroom furniture.

The furniture selection here is great from traditional to modern with no weird stuff. The sales people could not have been more considerate, professional and less pushy (I dealt with Tee "Skinny Man" Meyers). The prices are very reasonable and their delivery was on time as promised. I don't think I've ever had a furniture purchase that went so smoothly from the moment I walked in the store to the time the delivery men left my house. When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed the word "outlet" on the building. This had escaped me initially as furniture outlets just aren't our thing because they typically don't offer the quality we are interested in seeing. We went into the store anyway to inquire about specific brands and check out their selection. Although the salesmen were nice and helpful, the store just didn't have a quality selection of furniture. They actually showed us one sofa that they described as leather but this was not our idea of leather. It just seemed like a shiny plastic instead of a rich top-grain leather that you could smell and experience before you actually see it. If you have a very small budget and are looking for something to simply fill a space, this store might be an option. However, if you are looking for better brands and furniture that will last a lifetime, you will want to keep looking. *** It was okay, just not what we wanted.

Unfortunately, they weren't really having a sale but simply raised some of the prices so that it would appear to have been drastically reduced. We had visited the store just two weeks prior to the sale so we had photos of the "pre-sale" prices still in our camera. I absolutely abhor dishonesty and when you have a quality, well established business why not go out on top? Why not just have an honest sale where you are just reducing prices and not pretending to "slash" prices"? I understand their desire to get as much as possible for their items but it should be done so honestly and ethically. I thought it was interesting that when I inquired about a very specific chair, the assistant offered to order it for me. Who orders furnishings from a business that is going out of business? That actually defies logic because if there is a problem, it becomes YOUR problem. If you are looking for a true "going out of business" sale where prices are significantly reduced, try another store or just wait it out!

Once staff realized it may have been more valuable than expected, their tone changed and I was told they needed to check with the seller. Staff were openly commenting about how nice the item was and saying they wished they had noticed it sooner. No so long after placing the item on hold I received a call saying the item was suddenly "not for sale." Whether intentional or not, it gave the impression that desirable items may not actually be available to customers. Sad to say I don't recommend. Edit: The reply from the owner clearly shows how out of touch he is with his store and its sellers. There are multiple people who can attest of the behavior of the modifying and removal of the piece I was interested in. A simple check in with your employees would confirm the situation.
