We bought several furniture items as well as artwork from them about about 10 months ago. Not only did they work with us on price for a package they were wonderful to deal with. No high pressure sales. Very comfortable and informative shopping environment. I love to "window shop" this place and add items to my wish list. Everyone is always so friendly and their stock is full of beautiful choices. Last week I called in and spoke to Lisa about my Southern Motion Recliner sofa coming unstitched across the seats. Our chair has held up beautifully so I'm sure this was an isolated incident. She had me send photos and Danielle called me and told me they had another in stock and they would replace mine and handle the warranty claim. I honestly thought mine would just get fixed, not replaced. They go above and beyond for their customers. I'm so glad I shopped local and didn't order online or out of town. So, I heard about this place from my parents who had purchased their dining room and mattress set from the Furniture Warehouse. I went in and met the owner and his assistant who were both very friendly people. They had a really awesome selection of furniture from couches, love seats to mattresses, bed frames and accessories. They even had some really cool handmade AMISH furniture that I had never seen before! That being said, I was having a terrible time sleeping and stopped by to take a look. I described my waking up with a bad neck ache and he (the owner) suggested that maybe it was my pillows and not the mattress which were 10+ years old! I never even thought about that. I purchased a way better quality & priced pillow than at Walmart or anywhere else I have since looked. He not only listened and solved my problem but he saved me a load of cash as well! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I moved to Klamath Falls for school and was in need of a small sitting piece for my living area as I have a studio apartment. I had spent countless hours looking online, but knew sitting on the piece first is a must. I ventured out and found this place, which looks kind of smallish from the outside but holy crow the selection they have! From mattresses/beds/living room/decor, you name it. I ended up loving an oversized chair so much that Kelly let me buy the floor model and then had it delivered the very same day (he knew I'd been sitting on the floor the past month living here). Incredible service, I never felt pressured, and he didn't charge extra for the delivery. Great prices, also, on great furniture. These guys know good furniture. We stopped in to look for a couple of items and they were helpful in explaining the differences in quality between a bedroom set we found elsewhere and the kind of solid wood quality we could get.
