There are numerous seams throughout my hallway, that are ridiculously visible and the worse part is my bedroom, where the carpet doesn't even touch the wall. Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left. Don't let the nice storefront or friendly customer service faces fool you, their work is crap. I have to see it every day.
