Did not keep a scheduled appointment for two of our dogs and they refused service for our other two on the same day. The store makes the appointment, but it's up to the groomer to decide when to come in. No empathy/sympathy for dogs who need grooming. read more

They did a great job on my Goldendoodles hair cut and were super quick. I really like how they take the dog in do their grooming and have them out within 1-2 hours without having to put them in kennels to wait unlike most other places. Their grooming proces were comparable to othe rplaces in town and they also had a cute bandana on her after for St. Patty's Day which was nice. The shop itself has all kinds of goodies and snacks for pets too. We will definitely have to be back for both grooming and goodies. read more

There are multiple cuts on my little dog that I wasn't aware of until I got home. I saw one scuff and figured it was an accident, but the more I checked the more cuts I find. Our dog has a pretty sensitive stomach, this place offers easy digestible foods, fresh treats and chew items. Also, if you need a special treat there are cute little cakes and treats for your pup! Do not bring your pet here.. mine came home with bleeding paws and I came back and they acted as if it was no big deal. I had blood from my poor babies paws all inside interior of my car, baby car seat, my clothes, my baby clothes and I had to throw them all away. The owner responded by saying well you shouldn't have thrown the clothes away, no sympathy, didn't seam to care at all. I even shared with him I was at hospital with my dad all week so this extra pain didn't help. He brushed it off and again didn't really care at all about me as a customer which is very odd for a local business to behave that way since we are local too. We asked for a credit/refund for clothes loss and car cleaning and he said no but you can come back for a free grooming. Now why would I want to go back there after that. The associates acted like it was no big deal. I had to share to prevent others from experiencing the same horrible service we did. My dog always cries before we walk in here to get grooming. I used to think it was just normal now I know she was scared. It made me put a star to submit but if I could put zero I would. BTW. I have the same kind of breed of dog in my family and we have never experienced this either their paws ever at any groomers even in California. I saw this because they tried to tell it's normal for this breed but it's not. Never happened the last 25 times her nails were clipped. read more

I've never had a poor experience here. Especially with the grooming, finding a good groomer is like finding a needle in a haystack. If you have a small dog I would definitely recommend coming here for grooming and to get supplies, because they are vetted by the owner. Which makes it feel nice to shop and not worry so much about the ingredients. read more

Just brought my dogs here for the first time, and I am very unhappy with the grooming services! I explained what I wanted their hair cuts to look like along with showing pictures of previous haircuts that we liked (from out of town groomers), and both of their faces just look silly...uneven, disproportionate to their bodies, and not blended in with the rest of their haircut. One of them was cut and bleeding behind the ear, and that is what actually pushed me over the edge to even write a poor review. They've had many haircuts over the last 7 years and never once have they come home looking this bad or bleeding. read more

Really neat place!!! Very nice and knowledgeable staff. We had a problem with our cat loosing a lot of weight and did not like the diagnosis' from her vet. They said she would have to take oral meds twice daily for the rest of her life because of her condition. With my cat that is not very easy; we have tried on many occasions and we are just no able to get her to swallow the RX. The staff helped me find the right food to add a little muscle and helped her get back to a healthier weight. Because of Furry Friends My little Ginger will live a little happier and longer than the vet said she should!!! read more

I brought my dog in a few days ago to get groomed and was not happy with the results. The hair cut itself wasn't bad, but came out different from a picture I showed her. On top of that, she cut my dogs paw and he bled all over the car and my fiancé's clothes plus he has what looks like rashes or razor burn marks on his private area that is really red and he keeps licking it like it bothers him. The other thing that bothered me is she said she would text me when he was done and didn't, I just had a gut feeling to go get him and when I did she asked me what I thought of his cut before she ever gave him back to me which makes me feel like she could have gave my dog to someone else and not even known. The last thing is when I went to pick my dog up, there was another dog waiting in the grooming area that had been cut already and he had a fresh bleeding wound in his back that looked like a small bullet hole. I will definitely not be bringing my dog back here to get groomed. I'm not saying everyone's experience will be like this, but I hope this helps. read more
