The appointment was set for today, my day off. I arrived early, filled out the forms and dropped them off. They were very friendly and attentive to my requests. Returning to retrieving the dogs, again they were friendly and offered other services that I will look into. Over all they did great!! Thank you taking care of my dogs and they look great!!

The OWNER, named Bill is the one who told me that their phone does not answer if they are on another call. It was NOT Comcast. The phones did not answer on several days for the last two weeks. This is right up my alley as I need to be at work as much as possible as we are a small business. What I was impressed with most, after the initial impression of state of the art Mercedes custom grooming Sprinter, was the absolute best nail trimming and Dremel-ing (if that's a word) that Sarge has ever had... period. Everything else like his shiny coat, fresh smell, and his overall demeanor were all perfect. As far as price I can tell you because of my travels, primarily over the Midwest, that I paid a fair price. My Sargent isn't small, weighing in at 90+lbs, plus this was my first mobile experience. Price was just what I've paid in places like Aurora's Loving Family Animal Hospital, except Soggy came to me AND there were 2 ladies who welcomed Sarge up and had him back to me in about an hour. He keeps getting so many compliments at Bear Creek Dog Park since his grooming. I haven't used anyone else in the Springs and frankly I have no reason to try.

The owner of Soggy Doggy insisted on texting an issue we had with our dog, a razor burn under his…read moreleft front leg, rather than talking on the phone. This is the second issue we've had in the past year with Soggy Doggy. A few months back, after we dropped our dog off to get groomed, we received a call saying they could not groom our dog due to "dog lice". They put the supposed lice on a piece of scotch tape and gave it to us. The next day we took our dog the Vet who determined it was not lice, ticks, fleas or any other dog issues. The only reasonable way, according to the Vet, that lice is transmitted is through other dogs, dirty combs, or dirty clippers. The owner refused to accept responsibility for the razor burn after we sent her pictures of the burn. I will no longer take our dog to Soggy Doggy after these issues.
