It was vanilla soft serve sprinkled with cinnamon, topped with caramel and thinly sliced bananas. Pure heaven! The ice cream itself is sweet, creamy, and had a very natural vanilla taste. The bananas were the perfect ripeness and meshed well with the other ingredients. I loved it! My husband had a mango pina colada freeze, which is like a milkshake. Again, the flavors blended well and their vanilla soft serve is outstanding so it brought the drink together. They take cash or card but do bring some cash for a tip for the hard-working staff. The ice cream is made by a family owned ice cream manufacturer in Wisconsin that distributes its product to about 600 ice cream shops around the country. The Zanzibar Chocolate was the darkest, richest chocolate ice cream I've ever had! Besides ice cream and sundaes, they serve popcorn, bespoke soft drinks, and cotton candy. I'm going to stay away from the waffle cone next time because it dripped melted ice cream out of the bottom onto the counter and was chewy, not crispy, as I expected a waffle cone to be.
